Teresa Giudice was quite close to getting released early from prison – but Joe Giudice seems to have ruined her chances. She danced on bunk beds with Lumo tampon sticks and air-kissed ferocious white-collar criminals. The Real Housewives of Prison even held midnight sleepovers in 4 x 6 jail cells. Unfortunately, Teresa was once again subjected to husband Joe Giudice’s idiotic intelligence. The (oxy)moron and Teresa made a deal with the legal eagles, which would have ensured an early release for Teresa and a mitigated sentence for Joe.
But Joe didn’t get the memo about not talking to the Feds without a lawyer present. He opened his fugly mouth and spilled the baked beans too soon. The alleged ‘deal’ ripped apart at the seams like a bad boob job. Now poor Teresa won’t get early parole, nor will Joe get a reduced sentence. Deal or no deal? No deal! Bye-bye!
To sweeten the deal, the couple’s house in Manahawkin, New Jersey is scheduled to be sold at an auction in May 2015. According to the online publication NJ, “The lawyer representing the Community Bank refused to comment, and the lawyer representing the mortgage holder on their Manahawkin home did not return a call or comment. But bankruptcy and foreclosure experts unconnected to the case say the banks generally move very slowly. Princeton lawyer Richard Steen says that sometimes banks hold off on foreclosure in an attempt to work out a payment plan with the owners.”
Let’s not wallow in Schadenfreude, for the Giudice’s Tragedian tale is not without collateral damage. The couple’s children have to face the fallout of their parents’ mistakes. They are the true victims of this Shakespearean tragedy.
Joe and Teresa rolled the dice and landed on “Go to Jail”, but this game of Monopoly doesn’t have any “Get Out Of Jail Free” cards because Kirstie Alley and the Feds ate it all. Don’t cheat at Monopoly, especially when you’re the guy with all the money.
No one likes a cheating banker.
