“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Tuesday, May 5, tease that Nicole (Reign Edwards) will try to convince Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) that Maya (Karla Mosley) should keep quiet. Carter has been adamant that Maya needs to come clean to Rick (Jacob Young) about her past, but Nicole isn’t sure that’s such a good idea. Nicole will argue that if Maya goes down, everyone involved in the secret will go down with her. Carter will probably hold firm that this is something Maya has to discuss with Rick and they’ll all just have to accept the consequences.
Now that Carter has shared the news with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), it looks like the secret is out of their control. The latest “Bold and the Beautiful” promo video shows Ridge telling someone that “the girl that Rick trusts and adores is transgender.” The question is: who will Ridge tell? B&B spoilers indicate that Ridge will meet with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric (John McCook). It seems likely that Ridge could give one or both of them quite a shock. If Brooke finds out that Maya used to be a man, you can bet that this secret won’t stay a secret for long. There’s no way Brooke is going to let Maya marry Rick unless she tells him the whole truth.
Down-the-road spoilers hint that Brooke will issue a warning to Maya. It sounds like Brooke could tell Maya to spill it—or else. Maya should sit down for a heart-to-heart chat with Rick as soon as possible. Carter and Ridge obviously have loose lips so Maya’s secret could reach Rick’s ears at any moment. The rumors say that Rick may propose during their upcoming romantic trip. Maya might finally decide to be honest with Rick and see what happens. Of course, B&B viewers are waiting to see what happens as well. Stay tuned to “The Bold and the Beautiful” to watch Rick get updates on Maya’s past.
