“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, May 18, tease that Rick (Jacob Young) will react to the news that Maya (Karla Mosley) used to be a man. Maya nervously tried to explain her backstory to Rick, but he couldn’t seem to grasp where she was going with it. Finally, Maya just had to spell it out for him. Maya revealed that she used to be a boy named Myron. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers hint that Rick will feel like he doesn’t even know who Maya really is. Rick will say that the person he knew an hour ago would have told him she was transgender when they first met. It looks like Rick won’t have the outrageous reaction we’ve come to expect from his character, but it’s clear that he won’t be pleased by Maya’s revelation.
Maya will try to defend her actions to Rick in hopes that she can preserve their love. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers indicate that Maya will tearfully tell Rick about all the fear she felt before coming clean. Maya risked it all by confessing the truth and the outcome won’t be what she had hoped. It seems Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will have a pretty good idea on what’s going down at Big Bear. B&B spoilers say that Ridge will have a chat with Nick (Scott Turner Schofield) about Maya. Ridge will feel confident that Maya won’t be welcome at the mansion now that she’s given Rick updates on her past. Nick will try to help Ridge understand the difficulties Maya has faced throughout her life. Of course, Maya’s current situation will be one of the hardest things she’s ever had to overcome. Whether Rick accepts Maya or not, she’ll have to find a way to move on with her life.
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric (John McCook) will have a serious discussion about keeping this secret under wraps. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers reveal that Eric will believe this is a private family matter and it’s important to keep it hush-hush. Unfortunately, Bill (Don Diamont) is about to expose the truth on the grandest scale possible. Bill will go against Katie’s (Heather Tom) advice and make sure the whole world knows that Maya kept Rick in the dark. The rumors say this article is going to cause quite a stir in the fashion world.
