“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, September 7, tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will insist that what he wants most is to make Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) happy. Ridge fears he’ll lose Caroline if he doesn’t give her the child she desires. It looks like Ridge is serious about this whole baby thing. Later this week, Ridge and Caroline will announce their engagement but he proposes marriage on today’s episode. Caroline will undoubtedly be thrilled, but her secret hookup with Thomas (Pierson Fode) will continue to haunt her. Nevertheless, Caroline’s dreams are finally coming true and she doesn’t plan on letting anything (or anyone) stand in her way.
Of course, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) won’t understand what’s going on in Ridge’s head. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Brooke will voice her frustration to Thomas. Brooke will point out that Ridge already has Thomas, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and RJ (Mace Coronel). It seems Brooke just can’t believe Ridge really wants to start over.
Ridge doesn’t like the idea of raising more kids, but he wants Caroline to experience the full life she deserves. In Ridge’s mind, Caroline shouldn’t be punished because she found love with someone several years older than her. Ridge can commit to another 18 years of work if it means Caroline gets to be a mom. Brooke may be baffled, but Ridge is dedicated to making Caroline’s life as close to perfect as possible.
Meanwhile, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will urge Steffy to give Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) another chance. It sounds like Wyatt thinks Ivy will do the right thing if Steffy just gives her a little time. Wyatt will declare that losing Aly (Ashlyn Pearce) was a very traumatic ordeal for Ivy. Plus, there’s no denying that the video looks bad. Regardless of what Steffy did or didn’t do, it makes sense that Ivy would be angry. Ivy saw Steffy strike down her best friend.
Unfortunately, the war between Steffy and Ivy isn’t going to end anytime soon. It’s doubtful that Ivy will actually delete the video but even of she does, is it her only copy? B&B rumors hint that both Ivy and Steffy will pull out all the stops to secure the upper hand. Who will win this Forrester battle? Stick with “The Bold and the Beautiful” for updates on the heated conflict that lies ahead.
