“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Friday, October 16, tease that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will confront Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) about what really happened with Thomas (Pierson Fode). It’s obvious that this is about more than Thomas’ hookup with an intern or a simple family squabble. Steffy knows her father and brother better than that.
Steffy will demand to know what’s up, but Ridge will stay tight-lipped. Later, Ridge will promise Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) that the baby is theirs now. No one else will ever have to know. Sure…keep telling yourself that, Ridge. It’s clear that this secret’s going to cause quite a stir down the road.
Meanwhile, Zende (Rome Flynn) will encourage Nicole (Reign Edwards) to think about the sacrifice she’d be making if she served as a surrogate. It would be the ultimate gift for Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley), but Zende will believe Nicole might want to be a little selfish here. That’s nearly a year of Nicole’s life that would be tied up in a pregnancy.
Plus, people keep kind of skirting around the fact that this would be Nicole’s biological child. There are bound to be some attachment issues once she gives birth. Nevertheless, Nicole won’t know if she can look Maya in the eye and deny her the one thing she truly wants.
Of course, Nicole will have to reach a verdict eventually. Rick and Maya claim they aren’t pressuring Nicole, but they’re going to need an answer pretty soon. They want to get started on their family whether Nicole carries their child or not. If Nicole says no, they’ll need to explore other options. It looks like Nicole is about to make her choice in the near future.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers reveal that Nicole will sit down with Maya for another heartfelt chat. Maya will ask Nicole if she’s come to a decision. It’s tough to say what Nicole is thinking right now, but B&B rumors hint that Nicole will say yes at some point.
They have to set up major drama for when Julius (Obba Babatunde) and Vivienne (Anna Maria Horsford) come back to town. You better believe that Julius is going to have a big problem with Nicole doing this favor. Stick with “The Bold and the Beautiful” for updates on the looming family crisis.
