The Real Housewives of Orange County returns to Bravo tonight with an all new Monday August 10 season 10 episode 10 called, “Girl Code,” We’ve got your recap down below! On tonight’s episode, Hung-over from a night of drinking, Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador deepen their friendship by discussing the details of David’s affair. Meanwhile, the other ladies head out on an excursion that puts them in deep water.
On the last episode it’s not all fun in the Tahitian sun as the women of the OC traveled to the island of Moorea. When they went swimming with sharks, Meghan discovered that the real danger wasn’t in the water. Later, the group splitted up for dinner leaving Shannon, Vicki and Tamra to not only take numerous shots at the bar, but also a few shots at Heather and Meghan’s friendship. On tonight’s episode per the Bravo synopsis “Hung-over from a night of drinking, Vicki and Shannon deepen their friendship by discussing the details of David’s affair. Meanwhile, the other ladies head out on an excursion that puts them in deep water. Later Tamra, wanting to get everything out in the open, sparks a controversy over girl code and pot stirring. Meghan surprises the ladies at the final dinner.”

The women wake up with hangovers to the sound of Heather telling them they’re going scuba diving.
On the boat, Tamra tells Meghan that Jimmy’s second wife, Allison, came up in their conversation last night. She says they discussed Meghan wanting to be her stepchildren’s mother, and how it would feel if someone felt that way about their children. She says that Heather being friends with both Meghan and Allison was then brought up. Meghan says she and Heather never talk about Allison and she doesn’t know her.
Vicki and Shannon have drinks on the beach and chat. Vicki says she doesn’t know what happened last night because she just had one little shot. (Clips of Vicki downing several drinks play.)
Shannon asks Vicki if she feels like she has relaxed and done what she needs to do. They also talk about Shannon’s situation. Vicki says there’s a strong chance in a marriage that someone is going to be unfaithful. Vicki asks how long the affair was, and Shannon says it was long term and actually happened a couple of days before she met Vicki. She says it went on for eight months. She says she became friends with her while it was going on, and says she thinks it was demented and sick that she could do that while being friends with her and discussing her marriage. Shannon says one day she will look back and say it’s the best thing that’s happened in their marriage because they wouldn’t be where they are now. Shannon says she really appreciates Vicki’s friendship, and they hug.
The group goes out to dinner.
Meghan asks the women if they talked about her last night. Tamra says that they did discuss her feelings about Jim’s kids and how they see it differently from how she does.
Vicki asks her if Meghan would find it disrespectful to her mother if someone married her father and then wanted to be her children’s mother. Meghan asks if Vicki is saying she’s being disrespectful to her stepkids’ mother.
Vicki says that yes, she is disrespecting their mother by saying she wishes she was their mother. She says she gets passionate about that because she’s a mother. Meghan says she sees how it would come across that way, but she also respects the mothers of her stepchildren.
Meghan asks what else they discussed about her, and they said that was it. Tamra tells them to be honest about everything they talked about.
Heather brings up that Tamra told Heather about everything they discussed, including the fact that Heather is friends with both Meghan and Jimmy’s ex wife.
Shannon and Tamra fight when Heather reveals that Tamra told her about their conversation. She asks Tamra if she can’t have a fun night with her.
Heather, Tamra and Vicki go to the bathroom and Tamra says that she worked hard to get her friendship back with Shannon so she feels that Heather broke girl code. Back at the table, the other women talk about how Tamra is a pot-stirrer. In the bathroom, Heather says that if Tamra is going to say something she should back it up.
Tamra drives Heather and Meghan, and Vicki drives Shannon and Lizzie. Meghan tells Heather and Tamra that Shannon called Tamra a pot-stirrer while they were in the bathroom.
When everyone sits down at a table, Tamra asks Shannon why she called her a pot-stirrer. Inside, Shannon says every person in the room can stir shit up. She says this is when she walks out because she has enough shit going on. Meghan tells her to go, since that’s what she always does. Shannon brings up Meghan’s history of judging her, saying she isn’t going to tolerate that. Meghan repeats that she can leave. In confessional, Meghan says that’s what she always does when she doesn’t want to take responsibility for her actions.
Tamra says she was just trying to be honest at the dinner table only to be called a pot-stirrer.
Lizzie tells Meghan that she didn’t have to do what she did and Meghan says that her loyalty lies with Tamra. Lizzie says she doesn’t think Shannon was trying to be mean to Tamra.
Tamra talks to Heather, saying she doesn’t want to get mad at anyone over being called a pot-stirrer because she didn’t witness what happened.
She also shows Heather her copy of The Bible for Dummies, saying the Bible is very hard to understand.
Meghan tells the women about her stepdaughter not attending school. She says they are putting her in independent study. Vicki says they are hurting her by not holding her accountable.
She says that they shouldn’t give her a car, a cell phone or other luxuries if she isn’t going to handle her responsibilities. Meghan says she thought Vicki says she wasn’t the mother. Vicki says she didn’t know the kid wasn’t going to school, and that she shouldn’t give the kid anything.
Shannon is happy that her husband is sending her multiple texts a day and calling her while she is in Tahiti. He calls her and she talks to him and her daughter, who recently injured herself while TPing a house.
The women eat together again, and Meghan brings up the “elephant in the room.”
Shannon says she has moved on and the past is the past.
Meghan says she FaceTimed Hayley, who was in her bathtub.
Shannon asks Vicki about Brooks’ birthday, and Vicki says she wants to get him a clean bill of health for his birthday. Vicki tells her friends that she is grateful to them for supporting her relationship with Brooks. She says that two days before her mother died, she said that she was making headway with Brianna. Tamra says she will talk to Brianna. Vicki says her she always has pure intentions in her heart for them, and thanks them for their support.
