#TeamBlake is made up of 11 artists with a lot of country twang.

Sarah Potenza is from Providence, Rhode Island. She sang the rock classic Stay With Me. All four judges turned for her and Adam and Pharrell both fought hard to woo her but Blake won her over in the end. Young Jacob Rummell and older artist Matt Snook both landed on Team Blake. 16 year old Brooke Adee also ended up on Team Blake after a rivalry between Adam and Blake that caused her to say they remind her of Tom and Jerry.

Blake also landed 20 year old Corey Kent White, a fellow Oklahoma native. Pharrell fights to win Corey over and even took off his jacket to make his plea. Adam acted as Pharrell’s hype man and tried to help him win Corey over but Blake took Corey from him. Kelsie May, just 15, also landed on Team Blake after singing a Loretta Lynn number. Blake says he liked that she performed a country classic. Pharrell and Christina both tried to land Kelsie but she went with Blake anyway.

Last night, Blake landed Brian Johnson, the nice guy who’s helping out his dad who has MS, 19 year old Brenna Yaegar and Bay Brooks. Joshua Davis sang Bob Dylan’s I Shall Be Released and turned both Adam and Blake within seconds. The two fought hard over him but he ended up going with Team Blake as well. We take a look back at 20 year old Cody Wickline’s audition next. He ended up with all four judges turning. They all fight for him but he goes with Blake. Blake has 11 artists and one spot left.

Blake has brought in Meghan Trainor to help him prepare for the battle rounds. She’s an interesting talent for the uber-country Blake to bring in. Brian is a huge Meghan fan. He and Joshua do Knocking on Heaven’s Door for Blake and Meghan. She actually tears up and says they were so good. They then coach Cody on making eye contact Blake says he’s excited to see how the battles will go. Next up is a look at #TeamChristina.

Christina is back and ready to win after a year off for maternity leave. She says she loves working with these fresh artists. Adam says she came back with a lot of energy. Adam says she’s ready to kick ass and Blake says Christina is like Adam’s big sister defending him. Blake says Christina used to let the guys get under her skin but she’s not anymore. Pharrell says she has a huge advantage because she’s been a pop star for so long. She says she loves the girl power aspect of this.

Her first artist was 22 year old Rob Taylor. She had to fight off Pharrell and Adam both to get him. She landed him and then next got 25 year old Gabriel Wolfchild. She also got 26 year old Clinton Washington, Katelyn Read and the very interesting Sonic. Adam says Christina is like a lioness. She also got 21 year old India Carney who busted out a great Billy Joel song. Every chair turned but Christina landed the powerhouse soulful singer.

Christina also got West Point band leader Jeremy Gaynor. He has a clear amazing voice. Jeremy also turned all the chairs but Christina fought hard for him and won him. She says he could easily make it to the end. She got 16 year old Treeva Gibson who grew up with deaf parents. Blake says she was amazing and she easily went with Christina. She also got Ameera Delandro and soul singer Joe Tolo. He was wanted by all but went to Christina.

Then she and Pharrell went head to head for high schooler Koryn Hawthorne. Pharrell wooed her but Koryn won her and calls her one of her star players despite her young age. Christina also has just one slot left and says she’s the one to beat this season. Pharrell says she has a strong team and is going to be a force to be reckoned with. She says she loves old-souled voices with lots of emotion. She has a wide array of singers and says she’s excited to be all about Team Xtina. Christina brought in Nick Jonas to help her team prepare for the battle rounds. Koryn is thrilled to see Nick Jonas. India and Clinton are singing together on a Rihanna song.

Next up, we take a look at how #TeamAdam was built. Adam says he loves that The Voice nurtures new artists. He says that’s why he comes back every season. He struggled to get people early on. He argued with Blake a lot and we see him smooch him. Blake says losing at anything totally deflates Adam. Christina says Adam is very competitive and likes to wind. Adam says he turns quickly on impulse. Pharrell says he’s aggressive.

35 year old Tonya Boyd-Cannon was first to choose Adam as her coach even though she sang Pharrell’s song. Then he got country singer Jack Gregori who did Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire. Nicollete Mare and James McNeiece were next to opt for Adam. Michael Leier was next and he rocked Last Kiss so good that he turned Adam and Blake. Adam made Blake look like a geriatric to steal Michael out from under him. Adam then told Blake he was the Bert to his Ernie and he couldn’t quit him.

Next up was Blaze Johnson. He did the Fray song How to Save a Life and killed it. Blake turned at the last minute trying to nab the talented singer. Blake pushed hard but Christina says he didn’t try hard enough and Adam took him. He got Bren’nae DeBarge and high schooler Lexi Davilla, Josh Batstone and Barry Minniefield who rocked Me and Mrs Jones. Deanna Johnson was a returning artist from season five who got no chairs last time. This time she turned all four chairs.

Adam was actually last to turn but then was able to woo her away from all the other judges. Adam also has one slot left and Adam says you have to hold that last spot for someone really special. For the Battle Rounds, he brought in Ellie Goulding. He has Blaze with Michael doing Rude. Adam is confident he’s going to win this and every season.

Now we get to see #TeamPharrell. Blake says Pharrell has a backwards pitching style and says he tells them to go with someone else to win them. Blake says it works a lot. Adam says Pharrell came into The Voice like he’d been doing it for 20 years. Pharrell says he wants to win but is more into it for the new voices. First he took young crooner Lowell Oakley who channels a Sinatra kind of vibe. He stole Okaley right out from under Adam.

Adam says Pharrell has an edge for being known as so many things – writer, producer and artist. He also got 15 year old Mia Z, Noelle Bybee and Kimberly Nichole who rocked out an Ike and Tina Turner number. Blake was enraged when Pharrell turned for Kimberly and robbed him. He also won the fastest four chair turn to get Anthony Riley. He turned last but stole him right out from under the other three judges. Pharrell says Anthony burns super bright. Christina hopes to steal him.

28 year old Meghan Linsey was once a country music singer who even opened for Blake but Pharrell was able to block Adam and Christina and take her for his team. He also got Briar Jonnee and Travis Ewing. Then he landed Ashley Morgan who did a great Whitney Houston cover. He smoked Blake to add her to his team. He also got young farm boy Sawyer Fredericks who sang In Constant Sorrow and turned three chairs within three seconds. Blake turned about four seconds later.

They all tried hard to win the kid. Adam and Blake insulted each other and Pharrell swooped in and flattered him onto his team. Pharrell was actually shocked and said he felt like Miss America when Sawyer picked him. He says he thinks Sawyer can definitely win this. Pharrell has two slots left – the most of any judge and says he’s looking for something magical. He brings in legend Lionel Richie to help with the battle rounds.

Anthony is so excited to see Lionel there to coach. Pharrell says he learned a lot last season and is using to help his team this season. Pharrell says he’s looking for artists that are different, not just great. He says he wants distinct individuals. Carson Daly says it’s not always about competition and introduces footage of the judges behind the scenes. Blake is behind the scenes and says unfortunately they haven’t fired Adam yet.

Adam goes over to mock Blake for not getting someone and says waaah. Christina says they have a love hate thing. Blake hugs him and Adam says he smells like beer and beaver pelts. Christina tells them to get a room and says it’s kind of creepy and you have to get away from it. Christina says she’s seen Pharrell lose it. They all have a whooo off. Blake says it’s sad to realize that he’s the normal one of the bunch.

THE END!
