RECAP:

One would think that after speaking with her dad, and even with Carrie for that matter, that Minx would stop working with Drill once she knew how dangerous he truly was. But for some reason on tonight’s all new episode of “The Whispers” the little girl chose to do the exact opposite.

Instead of warning her parents after Drill continue to contact her, she actually listened to what he said. And then she unflinchingly went along with his plan. So now Minx is actively working to ensure that Drill gets whatever he wants and, to be perfectly honest, she almost appears to be willing to use anyone she can to do so.

Thus, in this case, that meant Henry was unable to get away.

See, lately, Henry had grown to question Drill. He didn’t just want to follow someone else’s orders without first getting answers. And, well, Drill still needed him for his plans. So, rather than argue with Henry, he sent Minx in his place.

And Henry didn’t need all that much convincing anyway. All he wants is his dad, so with Drill lying to him and Minx repeatedly fed Henry those same lies. And that’s why Henry went to the Nuclear Power Plant looking for his dad.

His friends told him there would be a “treasure” waiting for him there.

Sadly, Drill has a different plan for that power plant. And it’s not going to be a stage for a happy reunion. In actuality, it seems Drill wants to cause a problem with the reactor and flood the nearby town with radiation. And in order to do that, the non-physical being, came up with an elaborate plan involving several children and a man presumed to be dead.

Sean and his hostage got into the power plant but oddly there were caught long before they could anything could be tampered with. As if it was part of someone’s plan. So while the feds were rejoicing about yet another failed terrorist attack, Carrie was going after her son who was heading to the same power plant as everyone else.

Hence that “capture” was part of a ruse.

And not long after he had been taken into custody, Sean managed to escape. So, what do you know, Drill planned on keeping up his end of the bargain all along. Though, he may have failed to name the exact terms for their little reunion.

However, Minx knew what would happen. And that’s because Drill told her the truth. He said that at the end of the game everyone will have what they want.

And what Minx wanted most of all was for Carrie to suffer.

So Drill led Henry to the power plant and he helped Sean escape. And he did those things so that Sean would stop the agents from flooding the power plant, particularly with his son still trapped inside, thus allowing an explosion to happen. An explosion that was reportedly bound to take out millions.

But instead it disappeared into mid-air!

So Carrie didn’t lose her son or her husband in an accident. Though it’s highly likely that she will lose them through an investigation. And no one is happier about that than Minx.
