“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, September 10, tease that Gabriel (Justin Hartley) will run into Joe (Scott Elrod) at the athletic club and they’ll sit down for a drink. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will spot them together and tell Gabe he needs to back off. Ashley intends on finding out what Joe is up to on her own. Joe will indicate that he doesn’t think vendettas are the best idea in his experience. Joe will urge Ashley to let her grudge against Victor go. In the end, it’s just not worth it. Is Joe being honest or hiding his true feelings? Ashley will likely be left wondering if Joe is involved in the Paragon Project or not.
At the cabin, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jack (Peter Bergman) will get settled in and make love. Jack will try to ease Phyllis’ fears about teaming up with Victor (Eric Braeden). A short time later, Phyllis will decide to get some fresh air and she’ll bump into Ian (Ray Wise) out in the woods. Ian will look to the stars and comment on how they’ll give you advice. Phyllis will open up about her husband making some risky business decisions. Ian will encourage Phyllis to focus on trust. When Phyllis returns to the cabin, she’ll tell Jack she’s not happy about what he’s doing, but she has faith in him.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Adam (Justin Hartley) will come home to find a very angry Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Thanks to the real estate agent, Chelsea knows Adam wasn’t where he said he was the other night. Adam will insist that he was off trying to get his job back at Jabot. Chelsea will be exasperated with Adam’s schemes. In Chelsea’s opinion, Adam and Jack’s partnership can only end in disaster.
Adam will take a phone call from Ian, who will ask if Gabriel is getting cold feet. Ian will wonder if there’s something Gabe isn’t telling him. Chelsea will assume that Adam is talking to Jack and she’ll grab the phone. When Chelsea shouts to leave Adam out of this, Ian will grin mischievously. Whoops. Chelsea has inadvertently outed Gabriel’s true identity to his business partner.
Neil (Kristoff St. John) will make plans to have dinner at Gwen’s (Nadine Nicole) house later that evening. Lily (Christel Khalil) will also give Neil updates on Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) arrest on the island. Meanwhile, Michael and Cane will be released from jail. They’ll find Devon (Bryton James) at the hotel. Devon will declare that he had to prove his innocence since neither one of them seems to believe him.
The witness that previously identified Devon will come over and admit that he’s changed his mind. Now that he’s seen Devon in person, he thinks the man he saw was taller and had more hair. Another witness will come forward with the news that Hilary was loaded into a private plane on a gurney. Back in Genoa City, Neil will check on Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and tell her she needs to wake up. Neil Confesses to an unconscious Hilary that ‘it all spiralled out of control’ and that he didn’t want any harm to come to her – Neil even asks his victim if Devon is responsible! Clearly Mr Winters is losing his grasp on reality. This situation has gotten out of control and Neil could be blamed if Hilary doesn’t reveal what really happened. In the meantime, Neil will believe he knows a way to get more supplies.
Later, Neil will have dinner with Gwen and she’ll leave the room to get the dessert. Neil will try to swipe Gwen’s sister’s hospital pass, but Gwen will come back with another idea. Instead of dessert, Gwen will suggest they head to bed. At Neil’s hiding spot, Hilary will wake up and look stunned. It appears Hilary will have quite a tale to tell. Y&R rumors hint that things could get pretty tricky for Neil now that Hilary is awake. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Neil’s plot for revenge will backfire.
