“The Young and the Restless” spoilers are rolling in for November sweeps and boy, are they juicy. The big Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) reveal will change the life of almost every resident of Genoa City. Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) relationship is threatened by her involvement in Adam’s transformation to Gabriel Bingham (Justin Hartley). Will he forgive her when he learns that she was the person that revived Adam and gave him a new face? Nick has proven over and over that he doesn’t forgive easily.
Nick and Sage are excited about their impending nuptials and new baby – is it Adam’s? Sage knows that at some point that it will come out that she helped Adam when his identity is revealed. It is the one thing in her life she regrets because she knows it could destroy her relationship with Nick. Adam told her a few months ago that when he finds out she helped his enemy (Adam), he will toss her out and she will be a distant memory. At this point, Sage is on borrowed time and the clock is ticking away until the whole city finds out that Gabriel Bingham is Adam Newman. Imagine the furry when Nick realized his hated brother Adam slept with Sage and might very well be her baby daddy?
In an attempt to reconcile with his wife, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Adam told her his true identity. At first, she was angry that he lied to her all this time and didn’t know if she could ever forgive him. After some time, she gave in and forgive him, but still isn’t sure she can trust him. The Adam she knows is obsessed with his vendetta against his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and bringing down the Newman family. At the moment, Chelsea and Adam decided to stay in Paris, France to get to know each again and live as a family. Fans know that they will return to Genoa City eventually and when they do they will have to address the fact that Gabriel is Adam.
Over the next few weeks, Nick and Sage will exchange vows by eloping. Nick will tell her that he doesn’t want to wait any longer, and Sage is completely on board with the idea. Sage knows the secret will be revealed in time, but in her mind she believes that Nick will forgive her. She believes she can talk to him and explain why she helped Adam and make him understand why she did it. “Y&R” head writer, Chuck Pratt Jr. said Sage has to believe that Nick will forgive her because if he doesn’t her whole world will crumble.
