Birdman is ready to die and kill for Lil Wayne. Reports suggest that Lil Wayne and Birdman were on stage at LIV nightclub in Miami, Florida on January 17 when they seem to have found that loving feeling all over again and really put to rest the feud that has had fans scratching their heads for a long time now.
While on stage, Birdman made a very, very bold statement saying that he would die and kill for Lil Wayne. Just how serious is he though? Were Birdman’s words threats? Or just words of affection? Let’s hope that the latter is true.
Now that everything seems to be sunshine and roses between Lil Wayne and Birdman on the music front, what’s the deal with the lawsuit that Lil Wayne filed against Birdman? The suit is still active, so will the feud resurface when things start moving in the lawsuit? Will these guys be right back at each other’s throats? Or is all of the bad blood really behind them?
BET quoted Birdman’s strong words from the stage, “This my motherf***ing son and Ima die for him. Ima live for him and Ima motherf***ing kill for him. Ya hear me? That ain’t never gonna change, f*cker. It’s YMCMB for life.”
Well, he definitely sounds like he means it! Let’s just hope he does if the $51 million lawsuit against him goes in Lil Wayne’s favor, right?
In the meantime, Lil Wayne is heading out on his latest tour, The Dedication Tour with special guest, Rae Sremmurd. The tour kicks off January 21 in El Paso, Texas and wraps up on March 6 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Perhaps we will see Birdman make an appearance or two on stage with Lil Wayne during the Dedication Tour. They might just want to reassure their fans a few more times that there really is no love lost between the two and that the feud is really and truly over.
