Tonight’s episode of Chicago PD kicks off with Erin and Burgess out having coffee – Burgess confesses that she invited Erin out because she needs her advice. Burgess confesses that she went out with Roman as “just friends” – but she thinks that she has feelings for him. Erin laughs that she is the last person that should be giving any one advice about dating their partner. A call comes in and Erin and Burgess run out of the door.

They arrive at the crime scene. A woman is distraught – she says that a couple was fighting, and the woman appeared high and she was in her underwear. Before she ran off, the woman stabbed a guy. The man that was arguing with her hopped in an Audi and drove off. Erin runs down the alley to try and find the woman with the knife.

Burgess and Erin find the woman hiding in an abandoned building – she set off the alarm on her way in, they follow a trail of blood in to the dark building and find the woman in her underwear hiding in a corner with a knife. She cries that she needs help.

At the hospital they get everything straightened out – the girl says that her name is Ruby Baker, and she was kidnapped two months ago and drugged. She escaped by stabbing him, but Erin can’t find her reported missing in any databases. Ruby is refusing medical attention – so they haven’t been able to do a rape kit.

Erin and Hank talk to Ruby – she has no idea what her kidnapper’s name is, she just called him “Mister.” She gives them a description and says he looks like a politician, who had his nose broken before. Ruby has no idea where she was being held, the building didn’t have any windows, but she could hear kids playing outside and sirens going by. He was moving her to a different building and had her in the trunk. When he opened the trunk, she stabbed him with a screw driver. Ruby freaks out, she wants to leave the hospital, she is afraid that “Mister” is going to come back for her.

Back at the police station, Ruzek is skeptical about their victim – her rap sheet is a mile long, and she has been arrested for credit card theft and fraud. Meanwhile, Roman is covering the front desk for Trudy and he is swamped with work. Trudy is running around frazzled because her wedding is in two weeks – she invites Burgess to the wedding and asks for her help.

Jay and Antonio head to the pool hall where Ruby says she was abducted. There aren’t any cameras there, one of the guys recognizes Ruby and says they used to be friends. Apparently, Ruby used to work as an escort and the last time he saw her she was leaving on a date with someone in an expensive car.

Atwater and Ruzek track down the Audi that was seen at the stabbing – it was spotted at an address near where they found Ruby, but the house is empty and looks like no one lives there. They break in and head down in to the basement. They think it is where Ruby was being held hostage – there are still chains on the wall where she was tied up. Mouse runs a search on the house – it belonged to a couple named Bill and Ruth Gainsbridge, but they moved to Florida three months ago.

Meanwhile, Olinsky is keeping an eye on Ruby at the hospital, and she is definitely messed up from her time being held hostage. She has cuts all over her arms, but she tells Olinsky that she did it to herself. The doctor takes Olinsky aside and she has bad news – they got the rape kit back, and Ruby is pregnant. Olinsky and the doctor break the news to Ruby, and she is freaking out. Olinsky changes the subject and gives her a folder full of photos – she ID’s one of the men as Mister, his real name is Drew Stommer and he is a real estate agent.

Stommer looks like their guy – he owns a silver Audi, and he has been sitting on the house and didn’t list it for sale. Hank tells his team to get a search warrant for Stommer’s house. Meanwhile, Olinsky and Atwater head to a house showing where Stommer is working and arrest him.

Erin and Jay head to Stommer’s house – they are shocked when his wife Madison answers the door, of course she has no idea what they are talking about. She lets them in to the house – upstairs they find a nursery. But, Madison is not pregnant. She says they have been trying for a baby for quite a while.

At the police station, Stommer says that he had sex with Ruby but it was consensual. She was paying him with sex for a place to stay. He says that Ruby was a prostitute., and getting pregnant is an occupational hazard. According to Stommer, Ruby began acting erratically, then she stabbed him and ran away.

Meanwhile, they have a situation. They can’t find Madison in any database and she is not legally married to Stommer. Atwater runs her fingerprints and learns that her real name is Jamie Lynn and she was reported missing seven years ago. Madison insists that she is not Jamie Lynn Stevens, she says that Jamie Lynn is dead. Madison insists that she chose to be with Drew, and he told her to never trust the police. She says that she had no idea who Ruby is – and she lawyers up.

Burgess and Roman are trying to complete Trudy’s audit, but it is not going well. Ruzek signed out a laptop and now its missing, and Hank signed out a jeep 9 months ago and that is missing too. Roman tries to talk to Hank about it, and he blows him off.

The DA pays Hank a visit and warns him that so far he doesn’t have a case. Madison insists that she chose to be with Stommers willingly. And, no jury is going to believe Ruby – a prostitute with a drug problem. He tells Hank that he needs some solid evidence.

Meanwhile, Antonio and Ruzek run Stommer’s phone records and a strange call pops up. They head to the address and meet Marcia Harris. She says that her daughter Jennifer has a drug problem and was a prostitute – she hadn’t seen her in over a year. But, Jennifer called her a few weeks ago from Stommer’s cell phone and said she was with a guy and she got a bad feeling about him – then she hung up. It looks like Stommer has another girl out there being held hostage.

They decide to try something unconventional – they bring Stommer out to the middle of nowhere, and they bring along Madison and Ruby. Ruby freaks out on Stommer and screams at Madison that her husband raped her every single day. Madison cries and insists that she had no idea what Stommer was doing to Ruby. She breaks down and agrees to help Erin find the other missing girl – Jennifer. She gives them an address and they rush to the house.

Hank and his men find fresh concrete in the basement, they dig it up and find Jennifer’s body buried under the floor and wrapped in plastic. Back at the police station, Hank and Olinsky tell Stommer that they found Jennifer’s body – and Jamie Lynn/Madison is testifying against him. Olinsky pulls his gun on Stommer in his jail cell and he cries and begs for help. After they are done roughing him up, Hank and Voight head upstairs.

Meanwhile, Madison is crying to the therapist on duty – he tries to explain to her that she is a brave woman and now she can have her old life back.

Roman heads in to Hank’s office to try and ask him about the missing jeep again. It was seized on a narcotics bust months ago – Hank gives Roman the keys and doesn’t say a word. Before Roman leaves – he congratulates him on closing the case.

Olinsky sits down with Ruby, she says that she is keeping the baby, she wants something good to come out of all of this. Olinsky gives Ruby a good luck charm that he has been wearing around his neck for years – it’s the bullet that he got shot with, and it didn’t kill him.

Roman corners Ruzek and asks for the laptop again – Ruzek flips out, he accuses Roman of “busting his balls” because he wants to hook up with Burgess. Burgess gets embarrassed and storms off. Roman chases after her and she kisses him in the back room. Tonight’s episode ends with Erin and Jay at the bar – laughing about Burgess’ love triangle with Roman and Ruzek.

THE END!
