There is a new rumor that says Dakota Johnson and Cara Delevinge are dating and the Fifty Shades of Grey star might no longer be single. After a rocky relationship with her ex-boyfriend Matthew Hitt, it’s now being reported that the ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ actress is dating British model Cara Delevingne. What’s more, their mutual friend Taylor Swift might have been the one to set them up together, too.
Apparently, the two got a little more than friendly with one another when Dakota began hanging out with Taylor’s squad of friends, which of course includes Cara. R
eports indicate that Cara needed a shoulder to cry on after seeing her ex-girlfriend St. Vincent move on with actress Kristen Stewart and Dakota just happened to be there to give her the support she needed.
The girls ended up becoming so close that they are now inseparable and have been spotted not only hanging out with Taylor’s group of pre-selected friends, but with one another even though they are yet to confirm their relationship.
So does this mean that Dakota is going to bringing along Cara on her upcoming media blitz for ‘Fifty Shades Darker?’ Are they going to making their grand debut on the red carpet together? Knowing just how private Dakota likes to be about her personal life, it’s doubtful.
But because she’s now part of Taylor’s squad of girlfriends, she might have no choice but to come clean with the truth, especially given the fact that wherever Taylor and her friends go, the paparazzi follow. Soon enough photographers are going to end up catching Dakota and Cara holding hands and embracing, if not more.
Then again, if Dakota Johnson really is dating Cara Delevingne, it would give her the maximum public exposure she needs right before she does the press rounds for her upcoming film, ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ with her co-star Jamie Dornan.
Not only would everyone be talking about her Cara Delevingne romance, but they would also be speculating about her sexuality and whether or not all the rumors of her dating Jamie Dornan were even true to begin with.
But knowing how Taylor Swift loves to be the center of attention with everything, there’s no doubt that she’ll find a way to insert herself, whether it’s by being photographed with them or telling the media how relieved she is that two of her friends are now happily dating, or better yet, falling in love.
One way or another Taylor Swift will end up taking credit for Dakota Johnson and Cara Delevingne’s romance, especially if they end up becoming the hottest couple in the celebrity world. Plus, their romance might end up being so big, that it might end up overshadowing Jamie Dornan and the premiere for ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ altogether.
