“Days of Our Lives” (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will hit rock bottom on next week’s epsiodes and she’ll decide enough is enough. She’s been in denial over the last few months, but it’s becoming clear that her painkiller addiction is out of control.
Jennifer will start to envision what the future could hold for her family if she continues down this path.
DOOL spoilers suggest that Jennifer will imagine different scenarios involving Abigail (Kate Mansi) and JJ (Casey Moss). Naturally, none of them will end well. Jen needs to get a grip for the sake of her children and her grandchild.
Of course, breaking free from this addiction won’t be an easy task. “Days” viewers have watched Jen battle the pill bottle for quite a while. She tried going to a meeting for addicts, but her heart just wasn’t in it. If Jennifer wants to get better, she’ll have to give it her all.
Fortunately, Jennifer won’t be alone in this fight. Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), Doug (Bill Hayes) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will offer support. Jennifer will also rely on a familiar face from the past. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that Jack (Matthew Ashford) will appear to Jen in a dream.
Jennifer will open up to Jack about the intense struggles she’s been dealing with. Jack will express regret that he couldn’t physically be there for Jennifer during this hardship. He knows Jennifer has been suffering and he just wants to take her pain away.
You can expect some touching moments for these soul mates. Jack may be in Jennifer’s head, but their love for each other is very real. It should be nice to see Matthew Ashford back on our screens again. Jack fans are in for a treat!
Many viewers would’ve liked to see Jack truly return from the dead, but this vision is certainly better than nothing. Jack and Jennifer are a classic DOOL supercouple. They’ve both made mistakes, but their love is strong. Even death can’t take that away from them.
Will Jack help Jennifer turn her life around? Time will tell, but more Jack appearances are coming up. Jennifer won’t overcome this addiction in one night. Jack may have to pop back in to give Jennifer some additional guidance. There’s a chance that Jack could reach out to Abigail or JJ, too.
