“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail’s (Kate Mansi) wedding will soon resume. After Abigail saw Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) outside the window, she let out a huge scream. JJ (Casey Moss) will arrive and take a look around. There won’t be any sign of Ben, so he’ll relay the news to Chad.
They’ll decide that Abigail won’t be able to calm down unless they tell her Ben was spotted elsewhere. After they lie, DOOL spoilers say Abigail will buy the idea that it was just an illusion. Her imagination has been running wild ever since she heard Ben was on the loose. The ceremony will get back underway and JJ will walk Abigail down the aisle.
After Chad and Abby state their vows and share a passionate kiss, they’ll enjoy their reception and head off on their honeymoon. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that this wedding vacay will be a family affair. Thomas will come along on Chad and Abigail’s trip to Chicago.
Unfortunately, Ben is still out there somewhere and he could pop up at any moment. “Days” spoilers suggest that Ben may appear at various times throughout the months of March and April. It’s clear that Ben poses a real threat and Abigail’s sanity is at stake.
Chad will continue to support Abby through this, but there’s only so much he can do. Ben traumatized Abigail and he’s obviously going to do it again.
DOOL recently put out a casting call that revealed they were still on the hunt for a new Abigail. There have already been two casting calls for a similar character named “Val” and many viewers suspect those were just a disguise for an Abby recast.
If so, that means they’re probably having trouble finding the right fit for the part. They might’ve finally disclosed the true role in hopes of attracting stronger performers.
Nevertheless, this gives us confirmation that Abigail’s time in Salem isn’t over. According to Soap Opera Digest, the actress who snags the part will begin taping in late April. As for the storyline, Abby could end up having to receive medical care for a mental breakdown or potential injuries from something Ben does to her.
Whatever happens, it can’t be good! Stick with “Days of Our Lives” for updates on the heartbreaking events that lie ahead.
