Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi (Camila Banus) will be surprised when JJ (Casey Moss) seems irritated by her job. Chad (Billy Flynn) just hired Gabi as an image consultant, but JJ won’t approve of the new gig. For now, this will probably be about JJ’s feelings toward the DiMeras.
JJ doesn’t trust anyone in Salem’s shadiest family and that includes Chad. Plus, there’s a lot of bad blood over Abigail (Kate Mansi) and the custody battle. The conflict obviously got out of hand. Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) made some form of peace with Chad, but that doesn’t mean JJ wants his girlfriend hanging out with him.
Gabi will assure JJ that Chad is a nice guy. She’ll insist that Chad is struggling and could use all the friends he can get. Days of Our Lives spoilers say JJ will warn Gabi to be careful. He might have a bad feeling about Gabi being around the DiMera mansion.
The place can be a bit spooky sometimes. Abigail certainly thought so! It looks like JJ’s hunch will be correct. DOOL spoilers indicate that Clyde (James Read) will come after Chad for stealing Abigail and driving Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) crazy. Gabi will get caught in the danger as Clyde returns for revenge.
Fortunately, a panic room will provide safety for Chad and Gabi. Days spoilers suggest that they’ll spend some time opening up to each other. This would be a great opportunity to talk about any lingering issues from the past.
Gabi has done many things she’s not proud of. She has a rocky history with Chad, but everything is fine now. Still, Gabi might want to clear the air and make sure they’re truly in a good place. Chad has made mistakes as well. He’ll undoubtedly maintain that he’s happy to have Gabi back in his life.
Of course, any drama they faced years ago is no longer important. Days characters rarely hold grudges for very long. Every few years, people just magically start liking each other again. It’s like pressing a Salem reset button. If a role is recast or a character fades out for a while, that makes the process even easier.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Chad and Gabi will grow closer. Basically, it appears DOOL finally realized that Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) was not the person Chad needed to be leaning on. We’re swapping her for Gabi, which is really the way it should’ve been all along.
Based on Billy Flynn’s various interviews, he seems pretty upbeat about the direction the storyline is heading in after Abigail’s return. It won’t be long now. Marci Miller is expected to debut in November. That’s too quick to get a major romance going for Gabi and Chad, but it’s long enough to make JJ jealous.
It could also cause a bit of friction if Abigail suspects something is going on. Nevertheless, Chad is still wearing his wedding ring in the latest set pics. When you pair that with Flynn’s optimism, it sounds like “Chabby” will be OK in the end. We’ll give you updates as more news emerges.
