Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will try to deal with Aiden’s (Daniel Cosgrove) presence in her life. After Hope discovered Aiden’s lies, she was furious. Hope just wanted Aiden to go away, but instead he forced Justin (Wally Kurth) to resign and took his job as the district attorney.
Hope quit the force over Aiden’s power play, but Rafe (Galen Gering) and Roman (Josh Taylor) were able to talk some sense into her. They realize that Hope has a lot to lose and they do as well. Hope killed Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) and Rafe helped her dispose of the body.
Roman looked the other way and they all pinned the crime on Andre (Thaao Penghlis). The sneaky DiMera wiggled out of it and now he’s determined to get revenge. Andre’s partnership with Aiden will undoubtedly spell trouble for Hope.
Days spoilers indicate that Aiden will decide to reopen the case surrounding Stefano’s murder. Since Andre already dropped some hints about Hope’s lethal actions, this is likely a bit of a game for Aiden. He may enjoy taunting Hope or he might have blackmail on his mind.
Of course, no one will take the word of a criminal like Andre. Aiden needs real proof if he wants to take Hope down. DOOL spoilers reveal that Aiden will manage to get it. Hope will be in very hot water soon. If Hope doesn’t do what Aiden asks, it could mean she’ll land behind bars.
In fact, Days of Our Lives buzz suggests that Hope may end up prison despite playing by Aiden’s rules. We’ve been hearing about a possible trial this November. Could Hope be charged with Stefano’s murder and tried in a court of law? Many Days viewers have been grumbling about Hope getting off scot-free.
Perhaps Hope will finally get her comeuppance. Stefano had certainly targeted Hope and her family over the years, but he wasn’t guilty of the crime he was shot for. Maybe Hope deserves a small dose of justice.
We’re not talking about locking Hope up and throwing away the key. People avoid punishment all the time on Days of Our Lives. Joey (James Lastovic) is still walking the streets as a free man after smothering Ava (Tamara Braun) in her hospital room.
However, sending Hope to prison briefly might redeem the character somewhat. Just a few months should do the trick. If you feel like Hope went too far, a slammer stint might even things out. Regardless, we know that a woman will wind up in prison down the road.
