Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Joey’s (James Lastovic) bond with Jade (Paige Searcy) will grow stronger. These two have been through a lot together. When Jade was in trouble, Joey didn’t hesitate to rush into a hostage situation. He was willing to take a bullet if it meant protecting Jade.
Now Joey has recovered from his injuries, but Jade is still in a tight spot. Her parents want nothing to do with her. Joey has promised to take care of Jade and that’s exactly what he intends to do. Jade was once attracted to Joey’s dangerous side, but now she’s likely drawn to his kindness and protective nature.
Joey’s vulnerability is probably a huge draw as well. He’s been open and honest with Jade about killing Ava (Tamara Braun). Since Jade doesn’t judge Joey for his actions, they really make the perfect pair. They’ve faced a few bumps in the road, but they’ll hope that things will finally settle down.
Nevertheless, Days spoilers state that Joey has a personal hurdle to deal with. He needs to accept what he did to Ava and find a way to move on in spite of his own brutality. Joey made a big mistake, but there’s no point in dwelling on the past. It’s time to break the cycle of darkness.
Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Joey will try to cope with the fact that he’s a murderer. He can’t take it back. All Joey can do is be a better person moving forward. His rage is under control and he’s ready to be someone his parents can be proud of.
Jade will also be proud of Joey for dealing with his issues. Maybe Joey will even get some therapy. Although Joey will always carry a burden, there’s no reason he can’t make it a more manageable one. After Joey figures everything out, he’ll share a kiss with Jade and they’ll focus on positivity.
Unfortunately, Days spoilers say Jade’s father will spot her locking lips with Joey. Hal (Real Andrews) won’t be pleased with his daughter’s beau. DOOL viewers realize that Jade’s parents are extremely strict and protective. They claim they’re done with Jade, but they still care. Hal will flip out when he sees Jade and Joey’s public display of affection.
Perhaps Hal feels like Joey was responsible for the danger Jade faced in Los Angeles. It was Jade’s idea to take the trip, but Joey drove her on his motorcycle. Jade could’ve been killed when Dirk (Reiley McClendon) went ballistic at the commune.
Joey saved Jade, but Hal may blame him for putting her in that situation. In reality, Jade is a risk-taker with or without Joey’s help. Hal washed his hands of Jade’s rebellious drama, but he may feel the need to intervene when it comes to her relationship with Joey.
It’s also possible that Hal will overhear Joey talking about killing Ava. For all we know, Hal could be a therapist that Joey confides in. Hal certainly wouldn’t approve of Jade dating a murderer! Even if Hal thinks Joey is just a basic bad boy, he’ll do everything he can to put a stop to their romance.
