“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers tease lots of action on next week’s episode, Monday, May 16, as Alexis tears into Julian, Liz tries to calm down Jake, Sam and Jason bask in rediscovered love, and Sonny schemes for vengeance. Here’s what to expect on the next GH episode.
Jake Spencer (Hudson West) is devastated when Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) tells him that he can’t have art therapy with Franco (Roger Howarth) anymore. Liz waits until they were at GH to break the news to the kid and he freaks out.
Franco is nearby and hears them talking and registers Jake’s reaction. How will Franco handle this? Will Franco encourage the kid that art therapy with someone else will be just as effective (even though Franco believes that he’s the best one to reach Jake)?
General Hospital spoilers ask if Liz will relent and let Jake have a session with Franco even though Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) will be furious? Will Jake be told that it was Jason who put the kibosh on Franco being his therapist? Jake already told Jason he hated him over the puppy and this is even worse…
Jason gets lovey dovey with Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) now that his memories are back. It’s like double love. Jason now has the new relationship he built with Sam in recent weeks plus the memories of their old love and life together.
Jason will make the rounds in Port Charles soon to share the news that his memories are back and reestablish some bonds with other people from his former life. But will he also have to deal with Liz and a brewing parenting disagreement over Franco?
Also at GH, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) talks to Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) about the stress of working with Dr Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) constantly threatening him. Monica makes an “executive decision.”
What will Monica do? She can’t demote Dr O lower than the records room can she? Will Monica’s actions finally force Liesl to back off of Finn – or will it make things worse? GH spoilers tease that she will lay down the law with Dr O and it won’t go over well.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has to find another route to vengeance now that Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey V Parise) is dead. Will he go after Julian Jerome (William deVry) first or the owner of the pen that was used to stab Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna)?
How long til Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) finds a way to make sure that pen is lost from the chain of evidence? Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) asks Sonny what he’s planning and begs him not make things worse since now another of his sons is injured. General Hospital spoilers say that predictably, Sonny won’t listen.
Back at Casa Jerome, World War III is breaking out. Julian denied sending someone out to kill Carlos and now Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) realizes her husband was playing word games with her because he did the deed himself.
GH spoilers say that Alexis flat out accuses him of murdering Carlos – and shocker – Julian might come clean. After all, Alexis is both his wife and his lawyer, so that’s a double shield against her blabbing to the PCPD about what he’s done. Julian will parse words a little more, though, and that infuriates Alexis.
We’ll see the tear-stained screaming showdown promised in the May sweeps spoiler video as she rails at him and asks “how stupid do you think I am?” Well, that seems pretty obvious since he’s been fooling her for months. Will Alexis walk out? Or kick Julian out?
Also, Alexis did something really stupid by picking up the murder weapon. Julian wiped his prints off of it and now she’s put her prints on there. Plus, you know there’s probably still some blood spatter on there from the stabbing.
Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) warned them to get a lawyer. Is the PCPD chief coming back with a warrant? If so, the murder weapon is there and will tie Alexis to the crime, not Julian. Is Alexis going down for Julian’s crime of murder?
