General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the GH episode on Tuesday, July 12 indicate that Julian lashes out at Anna, Laura and Lulu discuss the Nikolas issue, Valentin forms a plan, Hayden tries to save Finn’s life, Nikolas tries to get Ava off his case, and Kevin gets some nice news.
Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is happy to have Kevin Collins (Jon Lindström) in her life and confesses how important he has become to her. Looks like Kevin is also feeling very close to Laura. Her family drama and the mystery of Helena have sparked romance.
How long until we finally get a Laura-Kevin kiss? After Laura shares her feelings with Kevin, she has to track down Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and clear the air. Laura tells her daughter that Nikolas Cassadine (Nick Stabile) is alive and Lulu is stunned.
She and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) were planning on naming their unborn child after her dead brother and now this shocker. Lulu and Dante will put their plans on hold because of this update. General Hospital spoilers reveal that the Spencers will hunt down Nik soon.
On Cassadine Island, Nikolas isn’t happy that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has hold of his “family jewels” as she called them. Ava wants to know more about the diamonds and the revelation from Helena’s journal that Nikolas was poisoning her.
Nikolas just wants Ava to let it go, give back the diamonds, and leave him alone. No chance of that. Downstairs at the Cassadine mansion in Greece, Theo/Valentin (James Stuart) overhears Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) talking as she glances at the family tree book.
We saw Valentin has a Cassadine crest tattoo on his wrist – how long until someone else notices that bit of informative ink? Sam mentions Nikolas being in the house upstairs and that peaks Valentin’s interest. He asks if she means “Prince Nikolas” and Sam confirms it is.
That means there are three Cassadines on the island (and possibly more). Sam is an illegitimate Cassadine just like Valentin – while Nikolas is the crown prince and only legitimate heir aside from his son. Does Valentin see Nikolas as an obstacle? Or as an opportunity for revenge?
Back in Port Charles, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) asks Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to work with her to help save Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Meanwhile, Finn went to GH with his restored credentials but Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) finds the lizard lover looking rough.
Also at GH, things get nasty with an epic confrontation between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and a wounded Julian Jerome (William deVry). When Anna shows up to gloat that she was able to get his confession and nail him, Julian goes off on her.
Remember, Julian knew Duke for a long time – Duke even worked for the Jerome cartel back in the day. Julian knows a lot of dirt on Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) and General Hospital spoilers reveal that he writes Anna a reality check about her beloved.
While Anna was on cloud nine thinking satisfying thoughts about Julian rotting in Pentonville, her encounter with Julian sends things crashing down. Anna leaves the room shaken and not quite so smug anymore.
