New General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) may still be at risk from GH serial killer Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) and Franco (Roger Howarth) makes an unlikely ally in Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) to protect his lady love.
At one point in time, it would have been Franco’s dream to be in an alliance with Jason. Back when Franco was an obsessed serial killer and Jason was Stone Cold, Franco would have been tickled pink to be in a bromance with Jason. Now, not so much…
Both Franco and Jason are reformed from their killer past, but if anything could unite these two in an alliance, it’s protecting someone they both care about. That someone is Liz and the duo will come together in a way neither imagined possible.
The PCPD is still struggling with the GH killer case but Jason quickly figured out the person that tried to kill his mom Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) is the same person that did kill Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) and that has him on high alert.
Jason concludes that Sabrina was killed because she knew who the GH killer was since she saved Monica. That indicates that the GH killer will murder to protect his identity. Franco now knows that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) didn’t hurt Liz.
That leaves only one msuspect that is known to engage in violence at the hospital – the GH skiller. Franco feels Liz is still in danger and the killer might come back to finish what he started when he shoved her down the stairs during the blackout.
Franco and Jason both realize the danger to Liz and both want to protect her – Franco because he loves her and Jason because he cares about her as the mother to his son Jake Webber (Hudson West). General Hospital spoilers tease a confrontation coming between Jason and Franco.
Both of them think they alone can protect Liz and don’t want the other one in the way. Both know that the PCPD is not going to do what needs to be done. Neither backs down, both are stubborn, and both have Liz’s best interests at heart, so they must hammer out a compromise.
Jason doesn’t like Franco being around Liz but knows that Franco certainly has the capacity to do what it takes to protect her. Franco knows the same thing about Jason. This means they will make an uneasy truce and ally – at least until the GH killer is caught.
This alliance will be uncomfortable for both Franco and Jason – but they will find a way to make it work so long as Liz is in danger. In fact, Liz’s near-death experience is what could bring long-awaited peace between the two former foes.
