“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers reveal that Maxie gets a shock on Monday, June 6 plus Lucas gets a visit from the cops, Jason gains some insights, plus Hayden has questions for her mom while Liz cooks up a revenge scheme. Here’s what you’ll see on the next GH.
Now that Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) is awake, everyone wants to know what happened to him. Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) is there ready to take his statement and open an attempted murder investigation. The problem is, Lucas’ recall is fuzzy thanks to his coma.
Lucas does remember that someone attacked him and says “someone tried to kill me.” Beyond that, though, there’s not a lot to go on. We’ll see a flashback of someone in a lab coat, surgical gloves on the hands, the syringe and that’s it.
Since this murder mystery will drag on all summer, what Lucas has to say won’t offer a lot of clarity. If you remember the night of the attack, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) was in green scrubs and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) wore dark blue scrubs but neither had on a lab coat.
When Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) woke and called for help, Finn came running still in his dark scrubs, and still no coat. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen), however, was in a lab coat but surely he’s not the prime suspect. We’ll see – Griffin will be questioned next week.
Lucas and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) try and figure out what’s next. Will they get hitched ASAP maybe at the hospital? Another wedding being contemplated is that of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) if Maxie doesn’t back off after what she hears.
Nathan tells Maxie there’s more to be revealed about his troubled marriage with Claudette (Bree Williamson) and admits that he shot a man. Was it someone that he caught Claudette cheating with – and, more importantly, was it Griffin and Nathan thinks it was a kill shot?
Maxie will be stunned and has to think carefully about what this means for their future and if she can live with the fact that Nathan has been lying to her for a long time – and is a murderer (as far as he knows). Maxie will make a decision in coming days.
Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) shows up at GH fresh off her free-for-all lady brawl with Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) that was interrupted by Hayden’s mom Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker). Liz rants about Hayden’s bad doings and that she wants to take her down.
Franco (Roger Howarth) offers to help Liz come up with a scheme to take down her foe and says he’s the person to come to about destroying a rival. Liz will be tempted and this could be the start of a deeper relationship between single mom and reformed serial killer.
Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) has a revelation as he talks with Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) about their Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) investigation. Jason thinks this was a set-up to get Nikolas out of his messy marriage. Soon Jason and Sam will debate clueing the cops in on their theory.
Out at Wyndemere, Hayden wants to know why Naomi is there and what she wants since Hayden is certain this is not a casual visit but one with an agenda. Spoilers hint that Naomi will help Hayden deal with her FBI problem but wants something in return.
