New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for November sweeps reveal there’s a Cassadine Island adventure coming to finish up what was started in Greece months ago. This will involve Lulu, Dante, Liz, Franco and others yet to be announced. Here’s a look at what we’ll see.
There were a bunch of loose ends left with Nikolas Cassadine’s (Tyler Christopher) exit. The last Cassadine Island plot ended up abruptly and left fans frustrated. But GH spoilers tease that we’ll finally get some closure on many of the plots swirling around the Greek island.
In coming days, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will get stunning news about her Stavros Cassadine embryo. As GH fans have long suspected, it’s no longer an embryo, but a kid. Everyone is expecting Athena Cassadine (Jazmyn Skye Vale) to be the child of that embryo even if she’s a little older.
Realistically, the embryo should be a little kid no more than two years old, but GH always goes wonky with ages. Lulu already found out from Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) that no one lives at the address on the envelope even though Daphne said she did.
The news Lulu gets in coming days will have her packing her bags and heading back to Greece even though Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) doesn’t want a Stavros kid. When it was an embryo, that’s one thing, but once Lulu finds out it’s a child out in the world, she’ll insist on finding her daughter.
But that’s not the only kid-centric drama to come. Jake Webber (Hudson West) is supposed to tell Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) some things about his time on the island including the secret that he was not supposed to tell in the book Helena gave Liz.
GH fans are still wondering whether Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) was on the island at the same time as his son Jake. Clearly, there is more adventure to come from the Cassadine Island story and November sweeps is the time to tell it.
The one looming question is whether the Scooby gang that goes on the Greek adventure will find out what happened to Nikolas’ body – or find Nikolas alive in a recast. If there has been a recast, GH has not announced it yet, but Nick Stabile is still tweeting about a possible return. We’ll see…
Long-simmering GH spoilers were back-burnered but will now heat up. These include that Lulu will bring home a child from Cassadine Island and it will be the daughter that Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) saw in her premonition.

Other GH spoilers tease that Liz will get some much-needed answers about Jake’s missing years that he lived on Cassadine Island – and these may involve some secrets about what Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) did to Jason while he was also her captive.
