General Hospital Spoilers: All My Childen and One Life to Live ALIVE – ABC Wins Prospect Park Lawsuit

General Hospital spoilers report that ABC has regained the rights to ‘All My Children’ – ‘AMC’ from Prospect Park. Also, ‘One Life to Live’ spoilers report that ABC also has back the rights to ‘OLTL’ from the production company.

In what appears to be a legal document, the judge in the Prospect Park Networks LLC vs American Broadcasting Company was dismissed on December 1, 2016. The document lists the filing date as April 18, 2013.

The documents reads, in part, “Prospect Park Networks LLC VS American Broadcasting Company. Case Type: Othr Breach Contrc/Warr-not Fraud (General Jurisdiction. Status: Dismissed.”

In simple terms this means Prospect Park no longer has the rights to either ‘All My Children’ or One Live to Live’ and there is no stopping the network from bring ‘AMC’ and ‘OLTL’ back to daytime. More importantly, the characters from these shows can be brought back!

‘All My Children’ spoilers and ‘One Life to Live’ spoilers give no indication that the information about the lawsuits dismissal has been shared with the former cast or either soap opera. But it does appear to be real, and the document is in fact a legal dismissal of the case.
