New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Monday, December 5 episode reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) needs to run away fast. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) tells her she’s going to kick her ass for trying to take custody of Avery from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Carly and Sonny are a united front but once Carly finds out Sonny spent a naked night with her assistant, everything will change. Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) has no idea he’s playing with fire when he flirts with Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier).

Michael presses Nelle until she agrees to be his date to the holiday gala. Sonny will be furious that Nelle rolled out of his bed and over to his son. Sonny can’t do anything about it and if he tries, Nelle has the secret sex confession recordings to use against him.
Nelle loses something important on Monday. She’s only got two things of value – her phone with Sonny’s recording and that letter from her dad. Nelle goes into a wild panic and we will learn more about what’s driving her scheme to destroy Carly.
Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart) brings Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to GH to meet Santa. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) sees the kid and then hears her voice and feels an immediate kinship. Lulu decides that Charlotte is the embryo baby and makes plans to get her from Valentin.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tells Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) that Julian Jerome (William deVry) is hiding something about his recent accident and Oscar Jessup. Curtis and Jason get to work to figure out Julian’s lies and crack the case.
At GH, Julian puts the screws to Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn). She hoped he had amnesia, but he knows what she did to him. Julian rants at Alexis and calls her a drunk and a danger to everyone. This stuns Alexis who still thinks she’s better than Julian.
Alexis begs him not to turn her in and asks what he wants. Julian wants her to take care of him while he recovers from the injuries she gave him. It’s a small price and Alexis will hate it but she has to say yes. Julian wants sponge baths and TLC from his ex-wife!
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) keeps chasing Valentin’s tail and quizzes Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) about the Cassadines. Laura also sees some familiarity with Valentin and Charlotte. Anna will get another big clue soon but Valentin is toying with her and has her right where he wants her.
Valentin has been dropping hints that Anna is picking up like cookie crumbs. GH spoilers reveal that the two were at the WSB academy together and she does know him. In fact, they may have been friends in the past or even lovers.
Remember when he said they could have been friends in another life? Valentin is jogging her memory because he wants her to figure it out and come to him. He can’t wait but will Nina Clay’s (Michelle Stafford) heart be broken by his past with Anna?
Also on Monday, Nurse Amy (Risa Dorken) is out of hiding and puts her foot in her mouth when she asks Rocco Falconeri (Mason Tannous) if he’s excited to be getting a baby brother or sister – she thinks Lulu is expecting a baby. Awkward.
