‘Grey’s Anatomy’ spoilers for season 13 have fans wondering if Dr. April Kepner [Sarah Drew] and Dr. Jackson Avery [Jesse Williams] will reunite or if there are rough times ahead. Things ended on a good, if not rough, note for the co-parents with the birth of their healthy baby girl during the season 12 finale.
But things had become seriously strained when Jackson’s mother Dr. Catherine Avery [Debbie Allen] manipulated April into revealing when she found out about her pregnancy. That’s when Catherine swooped in and hit April with legal documents demanding Jackson be given sole custody of the child when it was born.
Despite Catherine’s constant meddling April and Jackson managed to establish somewhat of a friendship. Enough of a friendship that April let Jackson into her life toward the end of her pregnancy.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 13 spoilers indicate that April and Owen may not find their way back to each other as husband and wife. In an interview with e-talk Sarah Drew revealed, “You never know. [April and Jackson] may just learn how to co-parent in a really beautiful way.”
April also has other relationship issues to resolve – her friendship with Dr. Arizona Robbins [Jessica Capshaw]. Arizona unwittingly told Jackson about his ex-wife’s pregnancy when April had explicitly told Arizona to keep it a secret.
Arizona’s betrayal pretty much put an end to April and Arizona’s friendship since April felt she couldn’t trust Arizona anymore. When ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ begins season 13 viewers may find that April and Arizona are the road to fixing their fractured friendship.
Do ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ fans want April and Jackson to quickly reconcile following the birth of their daughter? If the couple rushes things there is a distinct possibility that April will end up brokenhearted again. April and Jackson obviously love each other despite all they have been through, but they also have polar opposite views of the world.
it would be wonderful if April and Jackson were eventually able to reconcile and raise their daughter in a happy and healthy home with two parents who love each other deeply. ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ fans will just need to wait and see how season 13 unfolds.
