Gwen Stefani has a lot of plans for 2017, but it doesn’t look like Blake Shelton is on board with them. In fact, there’s a new report that says Gwen is pressuring Blake to not only get married but get pregnant as well. Gwen thinks it’s now or never and that’s why she wants to move fast with her wedding and pregnancy plans.
Sources say that Gwen Stefani hates the fact that so many people think her relationship with Blake Shelton is a showmance. She thinks they’ve been dating long enough for Blake to propose to her. After all, she and Gwen spend a lot of time together with her three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. The only thing that is missing of course is an engagement ring. Yet, insiders say that Blake might be having second thoughts. He’s been telling his close friends that he likes the way things are right now and doesn’t want to ruin things by getting married. Of course, no one knows if Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are going to get married at all.
Even though they’ve been dating for well over a year now, Blake still hasn’t proposed to Gwen. And that’s exactly what Gwen is waiting for. She wants an engagement ring and the security that comes with being married. Sources say that the ‘Make Me Like You’ singer is growing tired of all the waiting. She wants to settle down, get married, and hopefully get pregnant sooner rather than later. She knows time is ticking and that the longer the wait, the more difficult it will be for her to have a baby later on.
But with Blake taking his time, Gwen’s plans might never happen. Insiders say one of the reasons why he hasn’t proposed yet is because the wounds from his Miranda Lambert divorce are still fresh. He doesn’t want to make the same mistakes he made with Miranda. Gwen of course doesn’t see it that way. At the same time, though, Gwen doesn’t want to walk away from their relationship. She’s head-over-heels in love with Blake and doesn’t understand why he is being so hesitant about their future.
