Kate Middleton is a very proud and delighted Mummy! Princess Charlotte tops the list of Most Important Royals. Has this sparked yet another feud with Camilla Parker-Bowles?
Princess Charlotte may only be eight-months-old, but Tatler published this week’s list of “The People Who Really Matter” on January 20 – and the fourth-in-line to the throne came in at number one. Prince George claimed the number three, but the Duchess of Cambridge dropped from number two to number 11 – OUCH! Right behind the Duchess at number 12 on “The People Who Really Matter” list is the Duke of Cambridge.
Where did Camilla Parker-Bowles rank this week? The Duchess of Cornwall came in at number 88. Yikes! That’s 10 places lower than lazy Princess Beatrice at number 78! But, take comfort Camilla – Princess Eugenie made a pitiful showing at number 98. At least Prince Charles cracked the Top 50 – the Prince of Wales claimed the number 25 spot.
Parker-Bowles is either laughing at this ridiculous list or the Duchess of Cornwall grabbed another gin and tonic and went on a drunken rant about Middleton commoner blood mixing with the Royals. Carole Middleton, on the other hand, will probably throw a party! Party Pieces to the rescue – Carole Middleton’s Royal grandbabies are the number one and number three most important Royals this week!
Tatler publishes the list weekly and according to the website never will it be revealed the specifics of how people are ranked! We’re not really sure how Kate Middleton’s little Princess Charlotte became so popular in one week’s time, but the little princess managed it somehow. Want to know where great-grandmum Queen Elizabeth ranked? Her Majesty made a good showing at number seven.
What an interesting list to follow for the pure entertainment value! It’s nice to see Kate Middleton’s babies are well-liked by whomever votes in this weekly poll. Wonder if Camilla Parker-Bowles feels the same way about Princess Charlotte. Is the Duchess of Cornwall’s proud, furious or amused?
