Kate Middleton fears another scandal is brewing thanks once more to the commoner Middletons. Pippa Middleton’s wedding has become a comedy of errors. The latest crisis involves Carole Middleton’s black sheep brother Gary Goldsmith whose teenage daughter Tallulah Goldsmith could be asked to be a bridesmaid at the society wedding of the season.
Gary has been all but banished by Carole and Kate Middleton because he is quite the embarrassment to the family. One of the many things Gary has done to embarrass Carole includes a 2009 party at the British businessman’s Maison de Bang Bang home in Ibiza where Gary was caught cutting cocaine for party guests.
It wasn’t just the cocaine party that infuriated Carole. No, what tipped the scales was Gary bragging about his Royal connections. That’s like the pot calling the kettle black, isn’t it? When haven’t Pippa Middleton or Carole Middleton tried to cash in on Royal connections?
Gary Goldsmith once upon a time claimed Camilla Parker-Bowles told him, “Don’t worry about the bad press – I get the same.” We believe Camilla would say that, especially after few too many gin and tonics. But it was very uncouth of Gary to make that comment public.
The Daily Mail reports that Pippa Middleton wants to end this family rift. A source told the publication that Pippa telephoned Uncle Gary “about two weeks ago and they had a very friendly conversation.” This is the same uncle who attended Kate Middleton and Prince William’s 2011 wedding but wasn’t permitted to be in the family photos.
Gary’s trying to keep a lid on his excitement and not run off and tell the press Pippa may ask his 14-year-daugher Tallulah Goldsmith to be a bridesmaid at the socialite’s 2017 wedding to James Matthews.
The Daily Mail reports that Pippa Middleton and James Matthews wedding will take play in May 2017 at St. Mark’s Church. The reception for the newly married couple will take place at the Middletons Bucklebury Manor mansion.
If Carole Middleton and younger brother Gary Goldsmith do not get along and Gary has been nothing but an embarrassment to Kate Middleton, why would Pippa consider Tallulah Goldsmith as a bridesmaid?
