Khloe Kardashian Extreme Weight Loss Regimen: Taking 20 Pills A Day

Khloe Kardashian’s weight has always made headlines throughout the reality television star’s career. Since first appearing on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ Khloe Kardashian has long been called the ‘fat Kardashian’ and now that she’s lost weight, critics are still slamming her. But this time it’s because she is supposedly taking ‘twenty pills’ a day.

Khloe Kardashian’s extreme weight loss regimen is a combination of healthy eating and exercising, but the reality television star has also been dealing with a lot of stress in her personal life, too. Not only was she heavily criticized for posting an NSFW photo of who she thought was Chloe Grace Moretz during Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift’s twitter feud, but she’s also been dealing with her ex-husband Lamar Odom and his drug and alcohol addictions.

With everything going on in her life, Khloe Kardashian’s weight has definitely plummeted. But the 32-year-old insists that her weight loss is the result of hard work, as she treats her workouts at the gym as “therapy sessions.”

“If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that,'” Khloe Kardashian said, adding, “But, [I’m trying to be] healthy from the inside out, taking 20 vitamins every morning and drinking water. That’s how I want to age gracefully. I just want to be healthy from the inside out.”

While there’s nothing wrong with hitting the gym regularly, if Khloe Kardashian is indeed taking 20 vitamins a day, that might be a clear indication that she’s not eating properly. At this point, it seems like Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss obsession has gone too far, as taking any kind of vitamin in excess is clearly not good for her body.

While Khloe Kardashian definitely can’t catch a break with her critics, whether she’s being fat-shamed or criticized for being too skinny, one thing is for certain: the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashian’ star is spending too much time responding to her critics. That, and she is indeed too pre-occupied over her appearance. If Khloe Kardashian were as happy and healthy as she insists on being, then she wouldn’t be responding to the media’s negativity.
