Are LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian getting a divorce? Rimes and Cibrian just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary, and LeAnn of course flooded social media with updates on their milestone celebration, despite all of the break-up reports that have been floating around about the couple.
According to a new report, Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes’ marriage is nothing more than a business relationship and the only reason they haven’t gotten a divorce is because they can’t afford the expensive legal mess. Obviously, LeAnn Rimes is determined to convince the world that she and Eddie Cibrian have a picture perfect marriage – her Twitter account is living proof of that – but sources close to the couple say that it is all for show.
This week’s edition of OK! Magazine claims that the only reason Eddie and LeAnn are still together is because a costly divorce is not an option for the couple right now. OK! Teases, “With LeAnn’s career in trouble and Eddie’s nonexistent, they probably can’t afford divorce, though it’s likely where there’ll end up soon enough.” An insider close to Cibrian and Rimes dished to the tabloid that the honeymoon is definitely over for the couple and has been for quite a while, “There is zero passion there.”
Not getting a divorce because it’s too expensive seems a little absurd – although we’re sure money is the only reason that Eddie Cibrian is still married. But, we’d be more apt to believe that LeAnn Rimes’ pride is what is really standing between her and a divorce attorney. LeAnn Rimes would rather give up a limb than admit that her marriage is in trouble after all of the doubters that never thought she and Eddie would last.
