It’s time for Little Women: LA star Briana Renee’s cheating husband Matt Ericson to face the music. Briana Renee and Matt Ericson’s tumultuous relationship has been closely documented on the reality TV show. Not only did Briana’s pals and castmates not care for her boyfriend (now husband), general consensus among Little Women: LA fans is that he is no good.
Aside from the fact that Matt Ericson has been accused of having a “little people fetish” and there were some domestic violence allegations, he also infuriated Little Women: LA fans after he cheated on Briana Renee … while she was pregnant. Seriously, if those aren’t red flags and obvious reasons for Briana Renee to bail, then we aren’t sure what is.
An all new episode of Little Women: LA, titled “Matt and Briana,” is set to air on May 11 on Lifetime, and the network has released an emotional sneak peek video. The season finale ended with Briana’s pals urging her to leave Matt and file for divorce, so it seemed fitting that the couple gets their own 2 hour special to work out their issues and decide whether or not is time to pull the plug on their troubled marriage.
In the Little Women: LA preview video, Matt Ericson can be seen crying and basically begging Briana for her forgiveness after cheating on her. Matt apologizes profusely, and then starts listing the reasons he loves her and doesn’t want her to leave him and divorce him.
Briana Renee seems to be staying semi strong. She explains to the Little Women: LA camera, “Seeing Matt cry is never an easy thing. I understand he’s hurting. I understand he’s sorry. I understand all that, but I don’t care.”
