Tonight on VH1 their series Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs with an all new Monday, April 25, season 5 episode 4 (5.4) called “Blackmail” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, Joseline Hernandez returns to Atlanta; Scrappy and Rasheeda Frost work out their issues.
On the last episode, While Tiarra and Tommie had their panties in a bunch over Scrapp. Scrapp sought advice from uncle, Stevie J. This week on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta the fight with Tierra and Tommie over Scrapp continues. Neither woman is happy with Scrapp”s unwillingness to choose between them and Scrapp leaves with nothing resolved.
Karlie Redd is on the set of Playboy. After the shoot she is spending time with her boyfriend Lyfe Jennings. He congratulates her on the photo shoot. Karlie announces that Playboy has given her her own radio show. She tells Lyfe “I am not with the drama and the fake friends anymore.”
Stevie and Joseline are at the jewelry store shopping for jewelry for Joseline. Stevie says “Joseline was not happy about the move so I had to do something to show her that she is appreciated.” Joseline asks the man to see the biggest piece of jewelry in the case. Stevie tells her “Babe that costs a lot of money.” Joseline does not look impressed. She talks to Stevie about planning the party for the release of her new video. She tells him “We can even invite the rats.”
Rasheeda is upset about the issues at her store. She decides to call a staff meeting to address the issues. Kirk’s daughter Kelsey is late to the meeting and Rasheeda tells them “We are going to start the meeting without her.” As Rasheeda begins to address the issues Kelsey walks in and a fight immediately breaks out between her and Rasheeda’s mother.
Kelsey tells her “You don’t need to worry about me. You need to focus on yourself.” As this is going on Kirk walks in. Seeing him in the store upsets Rasheeda because she doesn’t want to involve him in the running of her store.
Kelsey says “I am not worried about working at Press. This is just a job to help me save up money for studio time.” Kirk tells his daughter “I am having a showcase for new artists. Get your songs together and be ready to perform.” Kelsey looks happy. Kirk also tells her “That means you have to practice because I don’t want you up there looking foolish.”
Mimi and Jessica Dime meet up for a drink and because Jessica wants Mimi to forgive Tierra for the incident at Chris’ birthday party. Mimi has no idea that Tierra is coming. Jessica and Mimi talk about Joseline returning to Atlanta and Jessica says “I will never be friends with her again.” Mimi laughs and says “If you had told me that Joseline and I would be getting along I would have called you a liar, but I have managed to forgive her and we are friends now.” Jessica scoffs then says to Mimi “Well since you are in a forgiving mood there is someone else here.”
Then she brings out Tierra and Mimi does not look happy. Jessica says “Mimi please hear her out. She is really a very sweet girl.” After a brief chat and Tierra apologizing Mimi decides to forgive her and tells her “At least you made the effort to come out and apologize.”
Joseline meets up with Tommie and says “Before Tommie goes out here and fights over Scrapp I have some news to tell her.” When they meet up Joseline tells her about the release party Tommie tells her that she hopes she didn’t invite Karlie.
When Joseline asks why Tommie tells her that Karlie was talking about her. Joseline tells Tommie “I am going to invite them to the party because I want us to be able to be in the same room without fighting.” Joseline says “We don’t have to do it often but we will be seeing each other around town.” Tommie nods in understanding and Joseline moves on to bigger issues. She tells Tommie “Scrapp has a real lady at home that no one knows about.”
Tommie looks absolutely shocked. Joseline goes on to tell her “Apparently she is pretty homely, but she is the one who writes the checks.” Tommie is very angry and says “This is not cool at all. He has been playing me.”
Karlie is checking in on her second store when K Michelle shows up to surprise her. Karlie tells her “I can’t believe you are living in London. That’s too far!” K. Michelle tells her “I am dating a white man.” Karlie is surprised.
The two women move on to address K’s issues with Rasheeda. K says ” I can’t stand Rasheeda and I know the mature thing would say I want all black women to succeed, but I am not feeling that way.” Karlie tells K about Mimi’s dating a woman. K says “I don’t know about being friends with the new Mimi. This Mimi is thirsty and I don’t want anything to do with her.”
Tierra meets with Scrapp and asks him if he is still seeing Tommie. He tells her “Yes, but we are not sleeping together.” Tierra does not seem interested in that information. Instead she tells Scrapp “I want a sit down with your mother because I am not going to expose my son to someone who will turn him against me.”
Scrapp is a little nervous about this idea, but he says “I really want to see my son so if that means putting two lions in the same cage so be it.” Scrapp also says “My mother doesn’t like Tierra because she thinks she tried to send her to jail during some legal issues.”
Rasheeda is upset that Kirk interefered with her business at the store. However she decides to go see Scrappy at his photo shoot to try and fix the issues between him and Kirk. Rasheeda tells Scrappy that when the court case came up she had gotten a call to go shoot Rosewood and she felt that she had to take this opportunity.
Scrappy is still upset and says “I love Rasheeda. My problem isn’t with her it’s with Kirk.” Rasheeda and Scrappy talk and Rasheeda invites him to the showcase that Kirk is having. Scrappy agrees to come.
Scrapp goes to talk to his mom about meeting with Tierra. Karen is not hearing that. He asks her to meet with Tierra. Karen says “I can’t reconcile with Tierra.” Scrapp is very upset. She tells him “You’re my son and I love you, but I am not willing to sit down with her.” Scrapp says “I am asking you genuinely to sit down with the mother of my son for my sake. “ Karen tells him “Absolutely not.” Scrapp is very upset and leaves the meeting with his mother disappointed.
Joseline meets up with Karlie. Karlie is not sure what Joseline wants. Karlie asks her “How are you feeling?” Joseline tells her “I’m good. We have the release party for my new video and I was thinking about inviting you.” Joseline confronts Karlie about the conversation that she had with Tommie.
She tells Karlie “I took it upon myself to do some digging and I found some information.” Karlie gets very angry and demands to know what information Joseline supposedly found. Karlie tells Joseline “I have nothing to hide.” Joseline remains calm and tells her “If you don’t want this information all over the blogs you will stop gossiping about me.”
