Virginia State Police had called the NCIS about a body at one of their landfills on tonight’s episode of “NCIS”. However, McGee ended up being presented with the wonderful opportunity of seeing his old friend Stewie at the very same landfill. Stewie you see had gone to MIT with McGee and Stewie had also studied Evolutionary Biology while he was there but despite his impressive degree – there was nothing Stewie loved more than trash. And therefore Stewie had been working at the landfill when he came across the body of Seamen Alessandria Ramos.

Ms. Ramos had been third generation Navy and by all accounts she had been exemplary at her job as well. So the NCIS couldn’t have guessed why someone would harm her until a detective from DC Metro showed up. He said Ramos had been a witness of his and that she was going to testify for him in front of a grand jury.

Apparently Ramos had witnessed a shooting when she was driving home one night. And so she did the right thing. She took down the make, model, and the first three numbers of the license plate of the car that had been speeding away from the crime scene.

Detective Jeff Katz said that the police had her to thank for placing their murder at the scene of the crime. For not only was the shooting intentionally but it had been connected to an escalating turf war in Columbia Heights. And therefore Ramos finally gave the police something to quell the ongoing violence. The man she had incriminated had been one of the gang leaders involved in the turf war and without him – his people would have most likely have settled their differences with the other side.

But Rubin later denied any and all involvement in Ramos’s death. He said he has a younger brother that was currently serving and that he held a lot of respect for the military. Which of course the NCIS didn’t believe.

Only Rubin had a motive to kill Ramos but as it turns out he didn’t have a motive to hurt a Waverly University Student. Hair from Jane Murphy had been found on Ramos’s body and there was connection between the two. So the agents looked into whether or not the women had ever cross paths and they found out that they had both attended a concert on the same night.

Security footage showed them entering but not leaving the building. So Gibbs theorized that they might have gone out the back and not willing. However, the autopsy done on Ramos had also tipped Bishop off.

Bishop it seems had once worked on an international joint task force between the NSA and the FBI. And they had been looking into Human Trafficking.

A group had literally set up shop overnight some years ago and it had begun to abduct college age students which they could then sell overseas. And eventually the joint task force had brought them all down. Though Bishop had remembered their trademark.

This group would usually implant trackers in the girls they had abducted and it would always be placed under the left armpit. So when it had been revealed that Ramos had a tracker planted under her left armpit, Bishop had wondered if her old task force had really captured everyone involve. So she asked Gibbs if she could follow up with her former associates on the case and she set up a meeting between herself and her old friends Daisy and Adam.

Daisy had still been working with the feds and so she was able to look into any college age missing girls and what she found out was that six of them had gone missing in the last two months. Therefore, someone was meeting a quota. And later Daisy had gone on to say that she could probably still find out more from her people when out of nowhere she had been shot before she could reveal anything to anyone. Including Bishop who suddenly found herself to be the only person left of the old task force.

Adam had told Bishop he was out after Daisy’s death but he had given her his report from all those years ago. And so she Bishop had been reading through Adam’s file, when her friends found a viable lead. They had found where the trackers had come from and was given access to the ones that had been bought by Vanderhusen Industries that had secretly been a front for traffickers.

So NCIS were able to use locators in revers to find where three of the girls had been hidden. And they had had managed to rescued them at the Virginia Port Authority before they could be shipped overseas. But Bishop had some unfinished business with her old friend Adam and she decided to talk to him without any backup.

Bishop had apparently realized something while she had been reading Adam’s report. She had realized that he had doctored everything that had happened all those years ago. And that such a situation would only make sense if he had been the one to restart the trafficking business. Therefore, he would also have been the one that could get close enough to Daisy to kill her.

And once Bishop had realized those things, she went to Adam’s in order to bring him in. Though Gibb’s timely appearance did give just enough leverage to shoot Adam before he could shoot her.

THE END!
