Taylor Swift Impersonator Ready To Cash In On Celebrity Looks For $1 Million: T-Swift Furious, Shuts Down Show Immediately?

Australian teenager Olivia Sturgiss is a Taylor Swift lookalike who is considering a $1 million T-Swift impersonation show. Taylor will probably be furious and swoop in and either try to stop Olivia or demand some kind of monetary compensation.

Taylor actually met Olivia back in December 2015 during the 1989 tour. Long story short – Taylor found out her lookalike’s mom passed away and wanted to offer condolences in person. Taylor Nation contacted Oliva through Twitter. Taylor and Olivia met, snapped a photo, and that was the end of that. Everything was all good.

That was before Sturgiss appeared on Aussie television’s channel Ten’s The Project recently and found out she could cash in and make a cool $1 million just because she’s got the Taylor Swift look.

Tommy Little who hosts The Project took Olivia to meet Max Markson, publicist to the stars. Max asked Olivia if she understood the earning potential of her T-Swift resemblance.

“Will you produce the Taylor Swift Show?” Tommy asked Max. The response? ‘Yeah absolutely, why wouldn’t you? [Olivia could earn]’$5,000 a night, four gigs a week, $20,000 a week, million bucks a year.”

Olivia and Tommy then took a stroll down Pitt Street Mall, one of the busiest streets in Sydney. Thinking Olivia was Taylor, several fans asked for autographs. “Yesterday I counted about six times. It’s usually like ‘You look like that lass on the tell love,’” Olivia explained about how often she is mistaken for Taylor.

Taylor may have met Olivia Sturgiss, offered condolences on the passing of Olivia’s mom and posed for a photo, but does the Blank Space singer know the Aussie teen has recreated not only the Blank Space video but also the Bad Blood as well? And, Olivia is releasing her own versions of a few of Taylor’s most popular songs.

You never, ever mess with money when it comes to Taylor! When Apple Music was offering a free three-month trial period, the streaming service wasn’t going to pay artists any royalties. Taylor threatened to hold back 1989’s release to iTunes and Apple music because she doesn’t work for free.

How did that turn out? Apple backed down and paid artists for streaming during customers free trial period. Taylor even elicited a public apology of sorts from Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services on Twitter.

Olivia Sturgiss beware! Taylor Swift does not take kindly to anyone using her to make a buck, especially a million of them.
