#The100 starts with Pike and Bellamy talking to Hannah who says they lost touch with a recon team. She says they reported Grounder contract a mile outside. Two teams retreated and the third had to engage and then transmission stopped.

Hannah says the Grounders are setting up a blockade. Pike says something changed. A guard tells Pike he needs to see this and he takes binoculars and sees messengers. Bellamy says he’s seen this before. He goes down and Pike follows.

They open the gate and they see two riders. They have a bag and ask for Pike. They tell them blood is soaking the soil. They tell Pike his life must be given in return. They tell Pike to come with them and the Army walks away.

He says they’re surrounded by the 12 clans and if they cross, they die. They throw down heads and tell them they left the bodies for the animals. Bellamy says he saw this before. The Grounders tell them those men took a long time to die.

They tell them to send their leader or all of them will take a long time to die. Bellamy shoots the two messengers dead despite Pike telling him to back down. The horses ride away with dead riders and Pike and Bellamy go back inside the gates.

Bellamy tells Pike they found three more encampments out in the open. Pike asks how long they can feed without going out. Hannah says a week or two at the most if they ration. Pike says start rationing and Hannah asks about breaking the blockade.

Pike says they can’t engage the Grounders until they get people under control. He tells Bellamy to cut off contact to Kane. He tells Monty to set up new security protocols and coordinate with his mom but keep the circle tight.

Then Pike asks Monty to set up security within the camp too. He says he can’t let any more orders leak out. He says the walls have ears. We see Kane listening on the device they planted in the office. Kane and his cohorts listen as Pike talks about Kane passing info to Octavia.

He says Monroe and Lacroix died because of traitors in the camp. He threatens to hunt down and expose the traitors. He tells Monty he can have any resources he needs. Kane says they have to play the game too and says no more meeting here and says change your patterns.

They want to turn Pike over to the Grounders but Kane says not yet. That’s not who we are. Kane tells them the plan. Jasper complains about booze being cut off because of Pike’s rations. He says the Grounders poisoned the lake so that means no alcohol.

Jaha talks to Raven about the 13th station debris falling into the ocean. She says she and Alie crunched the numbers and are sure. Jaha says they need more of the population in the City of Light. She says Pike took their chip maker.

Raven says who would be crazy enough to go after it. They see Jasper ranting and Raven has an idea. Pike is checking crates for ammo and logging them. Pike complains about the arms and Kane shows up to talk to him. He asks if he thinks he can shoot all the Grounders.

Kane says turn yourself in and end the blockade. Kane says he understands this world in a way that Pike doesn’t. He says they will all die if he doesn’t turn himself in. Pike complains about them turning Finn over and says they killed him.

Pike says they put the Grounders down and keep them down until they know better. Kane calls him a dictator and Pike says he’s doing what’s necessary. Kane says the camp will be in ruins. Pike is certain that Arkadia will be victorious and says Kane chose the wrong side.

Raven talks to Jasper about the City of Light and asks him to get the chip maker and says the guards won’t suspect him. He says they all think he’s a drunk idiot and she says he’s more. He says Pike has changed his access code.

She says Monty is in charge of surveillance so they only need to crack Monty’s password. Jasper says it’s a terrible idea and he’s in. Kane meets with his people and they tell him nothing yet on Octavia. They wonder why she’s gone dark.

They listen to Pike who says they don’t have the ammo to engage in a fire fight. Bellamy asks for Plan B. They discuss taking out one particular Grounder camp. He says they can bottleneck them in a ridge and use a minefield to wipe them out once they lure the reinforcements there.

He calls it a killing box. Looks like they found the listening device and are saying all of this to lure them with false info. Pike says they move at dawn. Kane says they have to disable the rover. Kane says he has an idea how to stop them.

Kane goes to see another conspirator who works on the repair crews. Kane tells him to be ready in an hour. Monty radios Bellamy and says he was right about Kane and says Sinclair is on it. Bellamy tells Monty to stay on Sinclair.

Later, Kane sits reading and Sinclair goes for some tools and crawls under a rover. Bellamy looks at Kane reading in his chair and Kane warns Bellamy. He tells Bellamy he was swapping the solenoid. Bellamy asks for a work order.

Then he runs and Bellamy says go. They come after Sinclair and take him down. Bellamy says he knows he’s lying and was sabotaging the rover and says he’s under arrest for treason. They haul him out. Kane has disappeared. Bellamy says one down.

Bellamy tells Pike that Sinclair won’t talk. He shows him the listening device they found and asks Sinclair about it. He says he’s never seen it before. Pike says he thought engineers like to take credit for their work. Pike asks for Bellamy’s gun and he hands it over.

Pike takes it and cracks the device with the butt of the gun and Sinclair asks if he’s going to shoot him. Sinclair still won’t talk. Hannah says he’s a traitor. Pike says they would have floated him on the Ark but they’re not on the Ark. They lock him up.

Raven and Jasper try to figure out Monty’s password. Jasper asks how Raven is tapped into the computer. They try his fave color, book, place. He tells them the moon view place he likes. Alie sys the code is an alphanumeric sequence for earth.

Raven tells Jasper good job. Jasper tells Raven he’s first in line for a chip fi they’re not caught or killed. Hannah has Monty check the rover and he says it’s all good. He’s upset and says Sinclair was his mentor in engineering and he helped lock him up.

His mother says he did the right thing but Monty isn’t sure. Hannah says whatever helps you survive is the right thing and says Pike taught them that and it kept them all alive. She says do what it takes and grabs his hand. He nods.

Sinclair is shoved into the prison cell and Lincoln greets him. He says they’re locking their own up and asks what he did to get locked up. He says he did what it took to get to them and says he has a message from Kane. He tells Lincoln that tonight is a go.

Kane stands brooding when Bellamy approaches him. He says sabotaging the rover wasn’t much of a plan. He says keeping an eye on Sinclair was easy and Kane asks if spying on your friends is easy. Bellamy says the threat is outside but Kane says it’s inside the walls and asks why Bellamy can’t see it.

He says Pike is turning them against each other. Bellamy says he’s chancellor and tells Kane to do the right thing. Kane says he is. Kane says Sinclair will be the next to die and says half of the camp will be behind bars and people starving.

He says they’ll turn against Pike but it will be too late. Kane says Pike’s plan is always to take the fight to the Grounders and that’s why Monroe is dead. Kane says he asked him there to see if he will join him. He says it’s not too late to choose the right side.

Bellamy says that’s what he came to tell Kane. Bellamy walks away. Bryan greets Miller with a kiss then asks why they’re not on the same detail. Miller says he hasn’t had time to ask Bellamy to switch them. Bryan asks what’s going on and Miller says nothing.

Then he tells Bryan it’s Pike. Bryan says just get off the guard if he doesn’t like him. Miller says with the blockage, Grounders outside and Grounders inside in jail, there’s too much going on. Bryan says they need to stand behind the chancellor and Miller hugs him then says he has to go.

Brayan helps him into his jacket and they kiss goodbye before Miller heads out. Bryan looks upset. Bryan tells Bellamy he put the bug in Miller’s jacket and says it’s not worth lying to someone you love. Bellamy says he’s protecting him and Bryan says he needs protecting from him.

Raven and Jasper are in Pike’s office looking for the chip maker. Jasper says all this is crazy with the blockade and says this is like with Finn. She doesn’t want to hear that. Jasper asks if she remembers Finn dying. She says she went into the City of Light to relieve her pain.

He says not remembering the bad stuff is good and he doesn’t want to remember Maya dying anymore. He mentions Finn giving her that necklace. Raven touches it and then he asks if you can think of the good things and not the bad. She says of course.

She thinks about her first kiss. Alie is there and says it’s not important now the she asks Alie when was her first kiss? Jasper thinks he’s talking to him. Raven says give the chip maker to me and go. Raven says she doesn’t remember and says Finn was real.

She’s freaking out and Jasper asks what’s going on. Alie tells Raven to go. Raven says they can’t let “her” have this and puts it back then tells Jasper to run. They head out of Pike’s office. Kane sits waiting when Pike shows up to talk to him.

Kane thanks him for meeting him. Pike says he hopes he’s ready to talk surrender. Bellamy is told that Sinclair is ready to talk. He gets to the jail wall and Sinclair asks what he wants to know. Bellamy says everything.

Kane tells Pike that he taught the students on the ark the responsibility they would bear when they reach the ground. Sinclair tells Bellamy he wants immunity. Kane asks what happened to Pike and says he did nothing wrong.

Pike says Sinclair will give him up then it will be over. Kane says is it. Lincoln talks smack to Sinclair and calls him a coward who is a traitor to his people. He attacks Sinclair then when Bellamy comes in to break it up, the Grounders answer Lincoln’s call to riot.

It’s melee and one guard hits the alarm. Pike asks if Kane knows anything about it. He says he does and shocks Pike with a charger and says he left him no choice. The Grounders fight the guards and Bellamy takes on Lincoln. It’s a mess.

They radio that it’s clear and Monty listens in and tries to reach Bellamy. Pike is shove din the back of the rover and Kane gets in to drive it out the gate. The guards have Lincoln and shock him repeatedly. Monty tells Bellamy the riot is a distraction and Kane is going after Pike.

Kane drives top speed for the gate and Bellamy gets in the way. He stops and tells Bellamy to get out of the way. Pike tells Kane he should have killed him himself. Kane stops the rover and they yank him out and release Pike. Kane glares at Bellamy as they cuff him.

Jaha talks to Alie who says it’s never happened before that someone hasn’t listened to her before – she’s talking about Raven. Jaha says Raven is strong. Alie says free will and consent are part of her core programming. He says maybe he can override them since she can’t.

Pike tells Kane he has latitude to determine his punishment. Kane says he admires his adherence to the rule of law and says in these time, you have to look beyond the rules and realize they were established to serve a world of the past and not the future.

He asks Pike again to see the world as it is, not as it was or as he wants it to be. Pike says if he thought for a minute that turning himself over means their people would be safe, he would do it. He says only a deluded man would believe that.

He says Kane is guilty and telling him that confirms it. Pike says Kane is guilty of treason, kidnapping and attempted murder and sentences him to death. Bellamy is stunned. Kane looks at him as they drag him out. Bellamy turns away sickened by all of this.

Bellamy asks Pike if they’re really killing their own people now. Pike says they are at war and crimes against leadership can’t be tolerated. He says Kane put the whole camp at risk today. He says he cost them lives in his zeal to appease the enemy.

Pike says Bellamy’s friends died because of Kane and he hopes executing Kane will make it clear where the allegiances should lie. He asks if Bellamy understands and he nods. Pike says good man and sends him out. Bellamy is stricken but doesn’t let Pike see.

Bellamy goes to Monty and they look at each other. Kane is dragged down the hall. Raven sits looking at the necklace Finn gave her. Jasper sits thinking about Maya. Kane is locked up to await his execution and goes into the cell with Sinclair and the Grounders.

Monty asks about Miller and Harper. Hannah tells Monty and Bellamy that she’s proud of them. She asks if they identified who Kane was working with and Bellamy says no – he covers for Miller and Harper and Monty says nothing.

Hannah says she hopes that today makes it clear to the people of Arkadia what side to be on and says it’s not hard to choose what’s best for your people. Bellamy says it’s not and say she does it every day. She walks away and Bellamy stares.

THE END!
