“The Bold and The Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers indicate that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will soon embark on a new romance – or should we say begin romancing an old flame. Right now, it looks like the object of her affection might be Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) but that’s not written in stone.
B&B spoilers for early 2016 tease that Brooke will renew a romance with the “love of her life” but who exactly is that guy that’s destined to be her happily ever after. Is it Bill, Eric Forrester (John McCook), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) or Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) that she’s meant to be with?
Here’s a look at the pros and cons of each of these possible love matches for Brooke…
Bill Spencer Jr
The primary obstacle to Brooke getting back with Bill is that he’s happily married to her sister Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Of course that’s never stopped her before – that’s why her sister named her “the slut of the valley.”
But now that Brooke is sober, older and wiser, will she hold back? Granted, we just saw Brooke kiss Bill, but she said it was a kiss goodbye. But now that Brooke has accepted the job at Spencer Publications, she and Bill will be together daily. Can they resist temptation? Or will Brooke turn to another man to avoid getting caught back up with Bill and wrecking her sister’s marriage?
Eric Forrester
The big plus of Brooke getting with Eric again is that he’s single and may also be a bit lonely – just as she is. They have a rich past including two children, although they had a lot of speedbumps – mainly due to Brooke’s sleeping around and generally being a shady woman of ill repute.
It seemed like Eric was trying to rekindle something around Christmas, didn’t it? Eric went to see Brooke to encourage her to not be alone at the holidays then he gave her that beautiful locket with photos of her kids. Eric would be a better choice than philandering with her sister’s hubby, but when does Brooke make good choices?
Ridge Forrester
Ridge too is another possible love match for Brooke but he’s also married. But again, putting a ring on it never stopped Brooke in the past. Ridge might be an option because his marriage to Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) is a ticking time bomb since she’s pregnant with his grandchild rather than his child.
Once Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fode) finds out about the baby, their marriage may go up in flames putting Ridge on the market. The pro of Ridge is that he’s had a vasectomy so no surprise pregnancies. Plus that would get Ridge out of an age-inappropriate relationship with Caroline. It’s one to consider.
Deacon Sharpe
This one is also a married candidate, but since he’s hitched to schemer Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), it’s not like Brooke would be stealing him from an innocent woman. Deacon and Brooke have a murky past since he was married to her daughter Bridget yet cheated with her mom. On the flip side, they do share a daughter together, so that’s a factor in their favor.
Also, Deacon and Brooke can support each other in their struggle to stay sober. Plus, it seemed like it was Brooke that Deacon really wanted but he wed Quinn anyway. Deacon is a hotbed of trouble, but he may be the one for Brooke.
