The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, August 2, tease that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will erupt over what she just witnessed. She’ll shout that she saw Quinn (Rena Sofer) kissing her grandfather. As expected, Eric (John McCook) and Quinn’s fling is causing quite a stir.
Quinn will state that her romance has nothing to do with Steffy. She’ll admit that it must be hard for Steffy to believe. Of course, B&B viewers know that Quinn was actually hoping to gain Forrester acceptance. Quinn has a habit of entering relationships with an agenda, but finding love instead. The same thing happened with Liam (Scott Clifton).
Steffy would like for Quinn to focus on someone besides Liam, but she just can’t get on board with Eric as her love interest either. She undoubtedly feels like this is just another one of Quinn’s strategies. Steffy is tired of Quinn worming her way into every aspect of her life. She’ll rant about Quinn sinking her claws into Eric and continuing her twisted mind games.
Meanwhile, Liam will try to convince Wyatt (Darin Brooks) that he isn’t mistaken. He’ll maintain that he saw Quinn in Monte Carlo. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Wyatt will deny that it’s even a possibility. He’ll insist Liam might have seen someone who looked like Quinn, but it absolutely wasn’t her.
Little does Wyatt know that Steffy is having a showdown with Quinn right outside. Things are going to get tense when Wyatt finds out Liam was right all along. Quinn will certainly get chewed out by her son. Unfortunately, this lecture probably won’t do any good. Nobody ever really gets through to Quinn.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will open up to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). He’ll confess that his marriage to Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is over. Brooke will be stunned by the news. She won’t understand why it has to be this way.
Brooke will suggest that Thomas (Pierson Fode) could still serve as Douglas’ father and remain in his life. There was no need for Caroline and Ridge to break up over something like that. Ridge will argue that they decided this would be best for everyone. He can sense their connection and he doesn’t want to interfere in whatever feelings they may have.
Now Caroline is free to move on with Thomas. Will they take their chance right away or choose to take a slower approach? Time will tell, but unexpected complications should emerge before long.
As for Ridge, he’s already starting to reconnect with Brooke. Their friendship could easily turn to passion once again. Where does Bill (Don Diamont) fit into this? Will he resume his pursuit of Brooke? What’s next for Katie (Heather Tom)? B&B is setting the stage for some complex love stories.
