The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, October 13, tease that Zende (Rome Flynn) will be miffed with Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya (Karla Mosley). Nicole (Reign Edwards) was asked if she’d consider having another baby for them and now she’ll need to process the request.
Zende will insist that it’s outrageous. He won’t believe that Maya and Rick had the audacity to even ask.
Nicole already handed over her firstborn, but it seems that wasn’t enough. Rick and Maya apparently have a slightly larger family in mind. Their hearts are set on a little brother or sister for Lizzy.
Nicole was obviously taken aback by the news that they wanted another child. It’s not something that Nicole even considered before now.
However, Nicole will probably give this some serious thought. She knows what it’s like to share a strong bond with a sibling. Nicole may think it would be nice for Lizzie to have that, too.
Many B&B fans feel this request is a bit selfish and Zende agrees. He’ll argue that it’s ridiculous for Nicole to give up nine more months of her life. Zende struggled to handle Nicole’s first surrogacy. He saw what a beautiful gift it was in the end, but that doesn’t mean he wants watch Nicole repeat the whole experience.
Zende might point out that this is their time to be together. If Nicole goes through with it, she’ll be asking a lot of Zende. A second surrogacy could tear them apart all over again. That’s something Nicole will have to keep in mind.
Since Sasha (Felisha Cooper) just urged Thomas (Pierson Fode) to be with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), maybe she still has a shot with Zende. He may not want to stay with the generous baby-maker when he can be with someone free and fun like Sasha.
For now, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Zende and Nicole will bicker about what’s best. This could be a huge issue for them moving forward. They have different visions for their lives and that could lead to problems that can’t be solved.
Elsewhere, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have a somber chat with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). They’ll note that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) didn’t take his last chance to get away from Quinn (Rena Sofer).
Steffy will wonder if she’s doing the right thing by leaving Wyatt. Ridge will likely back Steffy up and suggest that it’s the only logical conclusion.
Meanwhile, a glum Wyatt will talk to Quinn about what happened. She’ll hate what her son is going through, but she’ll be hopeful about her own situation. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Quinn will express her gratitude.
Now that Quinn knows the truth about the power of attorney, she can be Eric’s (John McCook) advocate during the tough times ahead.
