The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will put a ring on Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) finger by the Christmas episode. ‘Khloe’ didn’t always do right by society, or themselves, but they were a nice super couple and should be restored.
‘Khloe’ and ‘Villy’ both reunited this month? Maybe only one of the two super couples is revived by Sally Sussman’s writing team by the holiday. Then again, each duo could be dashed if a rewrite of the past isn’t seen as engaging?

Let’s review the facts and mix in opinion, as soap devotees rightfully do. Kevin loves Chloe, that’s a fact. Chloe is fond of Kevin, but still appears to love Billy (Jason Thompson). Yes, the ‘Villy’ reference could easily play into this arc due to the unresolved Bella (Cali May Kinder) issue. But that’s another story for a future digital space.
Kevin doesn’t know the paternity of Chloe’s second-born child. He’s taking his ex-wife’s word right now, choosing to believe that the one-off she had created wasn’t Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) sister. Viewers have known for a long time that Chloe stole Billy’s (then played by Billy Miller) DNA sample with the intent purpose of a filling the hole in her heart that Delia’s death caused.
Y&R fans, or possibly even Chloe herself, don’t (doesn’t) know if there truly is a genetic link between Billy and Bella. It remains theoretically plausible to think that Kevin could be Bella’s dad, or that there really was a third guy who Chloe connected with while she was supposedly receiving mental health care in California.
However, even considering all that’s been rehashed Kevin would still be wise to ask Chloe to remarry him. He is the only person who seems to keep Esther’s (Kate Linder) wild child generally neutralized. Plus, Kevin has proven to be Chloe’s equal, rather than an unattainable fantasy. In other words, this couple is right for each other.
Even if Chloe continues to withhold the truth about Bella from Kevin, she should accept his offer. No, that proposal doesn’t mean his request to move in with him, as she’s already agreed to that condition. Her acceptance of this living arrangement surely indicates that she’s completely open to ‘Khloe’ the sequel and therefore his second marriage proposal.
It was best for all involved that Chloe opted to move out of Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) penthouse. The next thing Miss Mitchell should do is rebrand herself as Mrs. Fisher, or Mrs. Mitchell-Fisher if that suits her reality. Kevin offers the possibility of stability and will serve as a father figure for Bella. What more could Chloe want, or deserve as 2016 yawns?
