The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, December 15, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will continue to play hardball. She’ll plan on returning to GC Buzz, but not until Devon (Bryton James) does some serious groveling. The agent she’s been speaking with will give Hilary his business card in case she changes her mind.
Hilary will complain about Devon’s need to be in control. She’ll give him a hard time about their current living situation, too. A hotel room just isn’t the ideal home. After Hilary storms out, Devon will offer Mariah (Camryn Grimes) four times as much to continue hosting. She’ll agree to stick around for a week if she can wear her own clothes.

At the athletic club, Devon will voice his frustration during a chat with Neil (Kristoff St. John). He’ll feel like he’s the only one compromising in his relationship. Neil will think Devon needs to reflect on why he loves Hilary. He’ll encourage Devon to ditch the bachelor pad and find something Hilary would like.
Nearby, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will infuriate a real estate agent by accidentally dousing her with coffee. Ash will apologize for the blunder and offer to pay for the dry cleaning. The woman will hand over a card that says her name is Farrah Dubose (Erika Girardi).
Later, Devon will meet Farrah at Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) old penthouse. When Hilary walks in, Devon will explain that he just bought it. Farrah will pipe up that Devon purchased the entire building.
Hilary won’t be pleased that Devon moved forward without consulting her, but he’ll contend that he did it out of love. After some sweet talking, Hilary will go along with the idea of making it their home. Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Jack (Peter Bergman) will face off over an eviction notice. Jack will insist that it’s a business move, but Billy will think there’s more to the story.
At Brash and Sassy, Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will deal with the news of Jack’s eviction. Victoria will feel like Jack is crossing the line. She’ll warn that she shouldn’t be messed with right now. When Billy arrives, he’ll reveal that Jack stood his ground.
Victoria will believe they should ask Victor (Eric Braeden) for help, but Billy won’t be on board. He’ll think Ashley could be their ally instead. Victoria and Billy will leave for an outing with their kids. After they get back from seeing Santa, Billy will move in close. He’ll place his hand on top of Victoria’s, but she’ll pull away from him.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane will seek Ashley’s help. She’ll point out that there’s nothing she can do. Jack has made up his mind. A short time later, Ashley will urge Jack to give Brash and Sassy a little more time. There’s no need to throw them out so quickly.
When Jack refuses to budge, Ashley will suggest that it seems awfully cruel. Jack will snap that this is who he is now. He’ll tell Ashley to get used to this new version of his personality. Y&R spoilers hint that Jack could soften eventually. Stay tuned for updates on his complicated journey.
