The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, December 7, tease that Jill (Jess Walton) will offer some encouragement to Billy (Jason Thompson). She knows Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy haven’t been on great terms lately. Jill will feel confident that these brothers can work it out.
Billy won’t be sure Jack will ever forgive him for sleeping with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). He realizes it was a devastating betrayal. Jill will point out that they’re both the sons of John Abbott (Jerry Douglas). No matter what happens, they’ll always share that bond. Jill will urge Billy to hold out hope for reconciliation.
While Jill cheers up Billy, Traci (Beth Maitland) will offer Jack some advice. She’ll argue that Jack is hurting the whole Abbott clan by holding this grudge. Traci will believe it’s time for everyone to come together, especially as Christmas approaches.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Traci will try to tug at Jack’s heartstrings. Wednesday’s preview video shows Traci saying, “Dad would want you to find a way to forgive Billy and make him feel like he’s a part of this family again.” A little piece of Jack will want to patch things up, but he just won’t be ready to move on yet.
Jack will maintain that Billy needs to be punished for his mistakes. Of course, you can bet that Jack will soften eventually. He tends to be pretty forgiving. However, that’s not the case for every Genoa City resident. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is showing Travis (Michael Roark) that sometimes there’s no going back.
The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Victoria will have a realization about Travis. Perhaps she’ll hear that Travis is officially hitting the road. Victoria urged Travis to walk away, but it could still be difficult to accept. She wanted a future with Travis, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
Elsewhere, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will get into a heated argument with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). Y&R fans know that Nikki has been caught in the middle of her sons’ battle. She can understand both sides of their fight, but it seems she supports Dylan (Steve Burton) just a hint more.
Nick will get irritated when Nikki tries to make peace. He’ll accuse his mom of playing favorites. Nick will insist that Christian is his son and no one else has any right to interfere. Nikki will contend that she just wants to help. She can’t stand to see her boys at odds constantly.
Nikki doesn’t like the fact that Sharon (Sharon Case) is involved, but she might want Nick to put up with her for Dylan’s sake. Christian could use a mother figure and he already knows Sharon as his mom anyway. Regardless, Nikki thinks there’s room for Dylan in Christian’s life.
