“The Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that on next week’s episodes Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will learn Victor (Eric Braeden) is trying to suck Adam (Justin Hartley) back into his evil empire. It’s like there’s some kind of magnetic pull that keeps dragging Adam toward the dark side.
Chelsea will be furious when Victor proposes a deal that could have Adam running Newman Enterprises.
Adam will attempt to convince Chelsea that he’s not his father. Although Adam believes he’d never stoop to Victor’s level, Chelsea won’t be so certain. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Chelsea will fear for Adam’s future as well as Connor’s (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois).
It’s bad enough that Connor has someone like Victor for a grandfather. Sure, Victor is sweet around his grandkids, but that doesn’t mean much when he’s consistently doing rotten stuff to their parents. Chelsea won’t know if she could handle Adam becoming a Victor clone down the road.
If Adam sits in Victor’s chair, Chelsea will worry that the husband she knows and loves could be gone forever. Y&R spoilers tease that Adam will want to be responsible about this for once. He’ll let Chelsea voice her concerns before he rushes into anything.
Adam will even give Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) updates on the latest developments. It seems Adam is really trying to take a step back and make a mature move. Adam is finally realizing that he needs to think before he acts.
While Adam mulls everything over, Dylan (Steve Burton) and Sharon (Sharon Case) will get into a heated argument. What starts out as an innocent question could snowball into a full-blown confrontation.
Dylan will soon become alarmed by Sharon’s state of mind. Things may get much worse when the truth about Sully comes out.
Sharon is often unstable and she could be headed for a breakdown by the end of all this. Patty (Stacy Haiduk) will eventually return and she could clear up some confusion. That’s going to mean bad news for Dylan and Sharon’s happy family.
