The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of August 15-19 tease that some shocking moments are on the way. The CBS soap just released a hot promo that hints at some dire repercussions. The next few days definitely won’t be fun for Adam (Justin Hartley). Prison life is really taking a toll.
Adam will grow increasingly frustrated by his situation. He’ll get aggressive as his terrible nightmares continue. It looks like Adam will attack Victor (Eric Braeden) in one of those brutal dreams. Y&R’s promo shows Adam gripping a bloodied Victor by the neck.
When Adam wakes up, he’ll have a total meltdown. Two guards will have to come in and subdue him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will be crushed when she hears about her husband’s outburst. If Adam is like this after a month in the slammer, how can he possibly last 30 years? It’s clear that Victor needs to fix this ASAP.
Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will track down Travis (Michael Roark) and things will get heated. Travis will likely admit that he heard Victoria and Billy (Jason Thompson) are back together. When Victoria realizes the news came from Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva), she’ll probably suggest that Travis should check out a credible source.
Victoria will start to slap Travis at some point during their conversation, but he’ll grab her hand before she has the chance. Of course, these two can’t stay mad at each other for very long. Travis and Victoria will be making out in no time.
Elsewhere, a female character will open up a huge bag of cash and examine a passport. Her painted nails don’t seem to line up with Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) natural look in another portion of the preview video. Perhaps Summer (Hunter King) will find a stash that Luca has hidden. Then again, maybe there’s another explanation. Y&R is always full of surprises.
Regardless, trouble is looming. Speaking of trouble, we’ll see Dylan (Steve Burton) investigate plenty more of it. He’ll locate some crucial evidence that could completely change the game. Paul (Doug Davidson) and Dylan may be on better terms once additional clues emerge.
While Dylan and Paul are on the case, Jack (Peter Bergman) will find out Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) has been keeping secrets. He’ll have a hard time wrapping his head around her actions. If Jack discovers Phyllis has been working with Victor, he’s going to have major concerns. Jack will certainly wonder what else Phyllis could be lying about.
Nevertheless, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis will do their best to keep Summer from marrying Luca. It’s doubtful that Phyllis will let Jack or anyone else halt her mission. Jack will just have to accept that Phyllis has her own ideas about how to handle Summer’s poor decisions.
