The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 20, tease that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will have some suspicions that he just can’t let go of. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is always on edge and Kevin can’t help but wonder why. He tries to get Chloe to open up, but she’s never willing to reveal much.
Of course, Y&R fans know Chloe has a good reason for being cagey. She has a plethora of secrets and any of them could cause major problems. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kevin will have a chat with Michael (Christian LeBlanc) about his fears. He’ll believe that Chloe is hiding something huge.
Kevin seems pretty convinced that Chloe is in the clear when it comes to Adam’s (Justin Hartley) case. She’s managed to cover her tracks. This is likely about Bella’s (Cali May Kinder) “baby daddy.”
Kevin isn’t sold on Chloe’s random guy claims. The story just isn’t adding up for Kev. Later this week, Kevin will seek Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) help and they’ll work together to uncover the truth.
Elsewhere, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jill (Jess Walton) will try to save what’s left of her scheme. She’s been working tirelessly to get Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) back together, but the affair news appears to have blown it. This certainly isn’t the outcome Jill was looking for.
Jill will attempt to fix it by talking some sense into Victoria. She’ll suggest that Billy shouldn’t be left to stew. Jill will believe Victoria needs to patch things up with Billy, at least as parents and colleagues. If Victoria makes Billy suffer, their kids will suffer as well. Brash and Sassy is also Victoria’s baby, so she needs to keep the drama to a minimum.
Jill is focused on getting Billy and Victoria to tolerate each other. That might be the best she can hope for over the next few weeks. Meanwhile, Billy will have a conversation with Cane (Daniel Goddard). He’ll admit that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jack (Peter Bergman) are his main concern right now.
Billy is caught in a tricky situation. He realizes that he hurt Jack, but he still wishes he could have Phyllis. Billy also knows that Phyllis wants to repair her marriage. She may resent Billy if Jack won’t agree to reconcile. There’s no outcome that can make Billy truly happy.
It sounds like Phyllis won’t be too happy either. She’ll beg Jack not to give up on their relationship, but he’ll insist she did it first. As soon as Phyllis turned to Billy, she put herself on the path to divorce. Phyllis is desperate to keep her husband, but Jack is adamant that there’s no longer a future for them.
Will Jack continue to push Phyllis away? Could something shift down the road? Y&R viewers will be anxious to see what’s coming up for this troubled pair.
