Amy Schumer is floating on cloud nine with her new found love, Ben Hanisch. The Trainwreck star’s new boyfriend made the official announcement on social media when he shared the above picture with a sweet statement,
“Sometimes in life you get extremely lucky, and the smartest, funniest, most beautiful woman comes along when you least expect it. Here’s to what adventures 2016 brings!”
Wow. How sweet is that. There are way too many girls out there that would give anything for a guy to feel that way about them, much less say the words…. out loud. On social media. I think Amy Schumer has found herself a keeper!
So who is this Ben Hanisch anyway? We know plenty about Amy. Let’s see what we can find out about her man. He is from Chicago and has his own furniture company, The Last Workshop where he designs custom furniture where the focus is on “producing simple, functional, well-made furniture.” I love it. The man has talent! You should definitely check out his site.
What else do we know about Ben? He clearly has a great sense of humor and great taste in women! Amy has free reign to be herself, cracking the jokes without stepping on his toes… joking on social media that she’s pregnant and announcing that President Obama is her new boyfriend. Some guys would get their panties all in bunch over that kind of humor. Ben rolls with it and gets free laughs all day, everyday. Lucky guy!
The very happy couple has already had a trip to the White House together and the family is already in the mix, bonding with the happy couple. What’s not to love?
Amy just got great news that she shared on her Twitter page,
“IAS season 5 got picked up! And my boyfriend and I got engaged and married and had a baby and he cheated on me with the nanny! Entertainment”
Congrats Amy!! I foresee many, many years of laughter with you at the helm. Keep it up woman!
As of right now, Amy doesn’t have any movies on tap, so she will be able to focus fully on this blossoming relationship and of course her show, Inside Amy Schumer. You can catch her show Tuesdays on Comedy Central.
