Tonight on Bravo Vanderpump Rules returns with an all new Monday March 28, season 4 episode 22 called, “Reunion Part Two” we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, James Kennedy discusses those notorious bite marks from Gay Pride.
On the last episode, in the reunion part one Kristen was in the hot seat as she faced the heat from James and Ariana. On tonight’s show as per the Bravo synopsis, “James discusses those notorious bite marks from Gay Pride. Katie and Tom Schwartz talk about their long-awaited proposal, but not without getting grilled about their sex life. Brittany joins the reunion for the first time to reveal what it was really like moving across the country to be with Jax, and how her life and chest has changed. Plus, Scheana and Ariana explore their rocky friendship and Stassi returns to right her wrongs.”

James was finally asked about those infamous bite marks on tonight’s Part Two of the Vanderpump Rules Reunion. And apparently he was ready to tell the truth about what happened between him and Lauren though he’ll probably remain forever unapologetic about it. As well as the fact that he had kind of ruined things for Lauren and Anthony.
James if you remember had showed up at the restaurant during Gay Pride in a tank top that showed off all the marks on his back and arms. Yet he hadn’t actually done so because Lisa had wanted him to wear the tank top. He had done so to make Lala jealous which he had and that had led to Lala going off on her good friend Lauren who she had then felt had been shady with her.
But Lala has said that she and Lauren have since moved past that and that everything was now good. So even though she hadn’t wanted to make what happened into some big thing, it had been just that for a while. And the audience had come to believe that she had more feeling for James than she was letting on.
Only Lala had nearly slept with Jax following Gay Pride so she had also been asked about. Though both Lala and Jax have stated that nothing was going to happen that night and that they had merely been flirtatious. So that’s when Andy asked if Lala was probably the biggest tension between Jax and James however Kristen had voiced her own thoughts about their feud.
Kristen seems to think that James wants to be like Jax one day, but Tom and Ariana naturally thought that Kristen was being an instigator again with that comment. Thus Tom spoke up and said that the main problem between the guys has always been their similar characters. They’re both loud and love to show off yet James and Jax were different places in their lives.
James was in his twenties and Jax was nearly hitting forty. Something that James actually liked to bring up every time he wants to put Jax down. But Brittany was later brought out for portion of the reunion and it looks like her relationship with Jax has been doing better. At least in comparison to their fight about what breast size she should get. Plus, they have since gotten a bigger apartment that has helped them to have their own space and not be so much on top of each other.
So Jax has surprisingly matured some, but eventually the conversation went back to Hawaii and no one looks good when talking about Hawaii.
Hawaii was a big issue for many yet a chief concern to a few people had been because Kristen hadn’t been invited and James had. So Tom had tried to talk about his mindset at the time and that led to him having to yell over people. But everyone knew and could see the truth for themselves. He had liked James which is why James was invited and he still hated Kristen so Andy decided to talk about something else. Like Scheana’s text scandal with Ariana’s mother.
Scheana claims that she had been asked by Ariana’s mother if there was anything wrong with Ariana but the mother herself is telling a different story. She said that she had texted Scheana to figure out a way to break it to her daughter that she wouldn’t be making it to Christmas. Yet, no matter what actually happened before, what happened next is that Scheana had then gone off about how Tom is poisoning Ariana and turning Ariana into an unhappy person.
So that had worried Ariana’s mother who wondered if her daughter was in a toxic relationship and that had made both Ariana and Tom feel like Scheana had betrayed them. And the thing about Scheana is that while she may apologize, she doesn’t see what she did as wrong. Nor will she ever stop trying to justify the lines that she crosses.
And so that didn’t change tonight.
But for most part, everyone has been trying to move on from Scheana messing up and Lala showing off her chest on the beach. So Jax ended up talking about his downward spiral on this season of the show. Like the time he stole sunglasses and had even come up with some elaborate story to tell his girlfriend to explain her sudden gift. And surprisingly Jax had owned up to everything.
He said that sometimes he self-destructs and so his friends had reminded him about the time he had nearly lost all of them. Because that nearly happened! And apparently Stassi’s return didn’t help his situation.
Stassi who had once famously told her group of friends that she was done with them had come back and it seems pretty much everyone had thought she had ulterior motives. Lisa for one thought Stassi had come back in order to be on TV. So the restaurant owner had warned the group about that, but Jax and Tom never even accepted her apology because they thought it was disingenuous. And therefore the only people that were happy to see Stassi was Kristen and Katie.
Katie had missed her friend and Kristen had needed an ally.
