Elizabeth Ruiz, the woman who allegedly appears in a sex tape with football player Von Miller, says that she was absolutely not trying to extort him for any money. The two met when the star visited Cancun Mexico and hooked up.
Two weeks ago, Miller went to an L.A courthouse to file a restraining order to block Ruiz from releasing the tape. Von claims that the beauty recorded them having sex on her cell phone and when he reached out after the trip to ask her to destroy it, she replied with “Gotcha.” We’re guessing that Von Miller took it as a threat and not a confirmation because that’s when he claimed Ruiz tried to sell the tape to TMZ and then tried to sell the tape back to Von for a whopping $2.5 million.
Elizabeth Ruiz tells a completely different story both about the encounter and the events that followed. Ruiz said that Von was the one PUSHING for the encounter to be recorded and that they BOTH have portions of the tape on their phone. The model also claims that her reps didn’t ask for a single dollar until his lawyers put out an unsolicited offer. Interesting.
When asked why the tape wasn’t deleted, Elizabeth said she kept it for…um…a self-pleasuring aid. As far as the ‘gotcha’ comment, Ruiz claims to have no idea what Von Miller is talking about telling TMZ, “He never asked me to delete it, not once, there was no ‘gotcha,’ I didn’t say ‘gotcha’ or anything like that.”
Von is currently a linebacker for the Denver Broncos and he is reportedly worried about settling this mess and making sure the tape doesn’t get released because he is afraid of it hurting his image and being the cause of him losing multi-million-dollar endorsement deals. The NFL Player currently has endorsement deals from Adidas, Amiri, Avianne Jewelers, Beats by Dre, and Chef’s Cut Real Jerky. He also has done charity work with his charity Von’s Vision, Home Team Closet, and I am angel foundation.
