Tonight on ABC the glitz and the glamour returns to the ballroom as Dancing With The Stars returns for a 22nd season. R&B Singer Wanya Morris & her professional dancer Lindsay Arnold took the stage tonight and danced a Cha Cha to “Motownphilly” by Boyz II Men. Did you watch tonight’s episode? The premiere episode kicked off with an exciting and dynamic opening number, featuring all of the celebrities and dancers, along with returning head judge Len Goodman. The night continues with each couple dancing a cha cha, fox trot, jive, tango or quickstep, vying for America’s vote for the first time. There will be no eliminations this week, all couples will move on to week 2.
Judges comments on Wanya‘s DWTS Premiere Cha Cha: Len: “There was more packed into that than Bruno’s makeup bag. I liked it, but some it was not my cup of tea. Your dancing was great and you could make it to the end of the road.” Bruno: “Dancing to your own tune and you were a big hit. Your timing was one, I loved the splitting the beat, you did it with ease.” Carrie Ann: “I loved it, you brought it all and damn. You are a total twinkle toes in the making.”
