‘The Bachelor in Paradise’ spoilers tease the cameras will continue rolling despite the controversy and a reported incident between fellow contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson. Production of the hit reality dating show was halted after allegations were made of misconduct between Corinne and DeMario. A producer raised concerns after an alleged sexual encounter between DeMario and Corinne.
While Bachelor Nation fans are still trying to figure out just what happened between the two of them, Corinne said that she was a “victim” while DeMario claimed that his character “has been assassinated.” Both contestants were drinking before the alleged incident occurred.
Warner Bros. addressed the controversy by releasing a statement on Tuesday, June 20 that said, “Out of respect for the privacy interests of those involved, we do not intend to release the videotape of the incident. We can say, however, that the tape does not support any charge of misconduct by a cast member. Nor does the tape show, contrary to many press reports, that the safety of any cast member was ever in jeopardy. Production on this season of Bachelor in Paradise will be resuming, and we plan to implement certain changes to the show’s policies and procedures to enhance and further ensure the safety and security of all participants.”
Now that everyone is in the clear, many viewers are wondering if the incident was indeed much ado about nothing. What’s more, a lot of Bachelor Nation fans believe that this might have been Corinne Olympios’ way of making headlines. And it worked. Now everyone is going to want to tune in to the new season of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ just to see how Corinne and DeMario’s relationship will be played out following the incident. Even though videotape of Corinne and DeMario won’t be released, there’s a good chance that viewers will want to see if there are any other clues indicating whether or not
So far both Corinne Olympios and Demario Jackson have not made any additional comments about exactly what happened between them with the cameras were still rolling. What’s more, Warner Bros. did not specify whether or not Corinne and DeMario will both be returning to the show along with their other castmates.
